Friendly neighborhood and fun community! Mid-century Ranch home with 4 bedrooms, a private office, and 2 full baths. This is a perfect place to reside and offers 2 fully furnished units both equipped with a kitchen, laundry, 2 fire places, (one gas, one wood burning) and the lounge downstairs also has a pool table. Garage parking for one car inside and room for 2 more vehicles in the private driveway. There are two fenced private yards. The very private and lush back yard offers two outdoor patios and furniture where you can enjoy your morning breakfast or a sunset cocktail. It is a lovely oasis with a Huge Magnolia Tree that provides lovely shade during the summer, a Weber BBQ, patio table with seating for 4 plus an additional upper deck with a gas fire pit and additional seating. There is also a bench swing you will notice in the photos. The host provides corn hole and giant jenga and there is a horeshoe pit on the side of the house. There is also Kenton Park just 3 blocks away for your furry friends longer walks. During the summer there is also a Farmer's Market every Wednesday from 3-7pm! This home is being offered as the entire home so you can enjoy the privacy it offers with no close neighbors. Once you settle in upstairs our Lounge awaits you. Step into the Lava Lounge and you will be greeted by a new modern kitchen with full size appliances, and a designer bar with vintage lights hanging over. Flip on the fire and relax on the sofa, or grab a retro lava glass to enjoy a cocktail and a game of pool! For even more fun please enjoy our horseshoe pit along the east side of the house.
