Our beautiful Bonita Beach community continues to recover from recent hurricanes, and while some areas of the complex are still being refreshed, the beaches are once again stunning and easily accessible just across the street. The Gulf sparkles, the sunsets are spectacular, and the relaxed coastal atmosphere is very much alive.



Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. Tennis courts remain closed at this time, though two temporary pickleball courts are available for guests.



This cozy and intimate Bonita Beach and Tennis studio condominium, located immediately across the street from Bonita Beach will provide the perfect getaway for beach lover! Clean and well maintained, it comes with just about everything you need to enjoy your visit to our tropical paradise beach town!



The studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living area. The bedroom, though open to the living area, is divided by a built-in bookcase, offering partial privacy from the queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled and is fully equipped with all the basics to make meal preparation and dining enjoyable during your stay.



The living area includes dining for 4, sleeper sofa, and a smart TV, with Google TV channels, Netflix & Prime Video. The full glass sliding doors in the living area opens to the screen enclosed balcony, which looks directly over one of the two community pools.



You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king-size bed freshly made for you with hotel quality linens, Roku TV with streaming Roku channels, Netflix & Prime Video. A nice storage closet provided - no need to pack lightly here!



The full bathroom comes with a fully tiled, oversized shower combination. It includes lots of storage, and a charming beach cottage design. All bath and beach towels are included during your stay.



The fully screened balcony has comfortable seating for two.



Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can walk to the beach, and free unlimited WiFi. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.



Pay-per use laundry facilities are located in building 1, 3 & 5 - this unit is in building 1.



While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering tennis, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. You'll be close to some of Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jacks & The Fish House. Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.
