Relax on the balcony that you can access from the bedroom or living room. Or just take in an amazing view of the Empire State building without even leaving your comfy queen-sized bed! The entire apartment is yours to enjoy! There is an empty wardrobe closet in the bedroom waiting for you to fill. There is ample shelf space in the bathroom for your toiletries. And plenty of room for groceries in both the fridge and a small closet in the dining area.

Please check your renter's insurance to see if it covers your personal items while staying away from home. Unfortunately, my insurance does not cover your items.

Because of the new rules in NYC making all rentals be a 1 month minimum, we now require two cleanings, one in the middle of your stay, and one at the end. We increased the cleaning fee so now it covers the cost of two cleanings. We will help schedule a mid stay cleaning that is convenient for you. If you rent longer then 4 weeks we ask that you get the apartment cleaned every two weeks and pay the cleaning person $100 per cleaning (beyond the 2 cleanings covered in your rent).
