Visit our renovated condo in New Smyrna Beach! Located Across the street from the charming Atlantic Ocean, right next door to Flagler Ave, Smyrna Dune park, and Bethune Beach Park. Relax on the deck, enjoy the ocean breeze or cozy up in the warm & inviting indoor space. This unit is also just steps away from our heated pool, air conditioned Cabana, tennis and shuffleboard courts. with updated flooring, kitchen and bathrooms.

Perfect location to enjoy all that NSB has to offer! Walking distance to restaurants , shopping center and beach access. We are within 75 miles of Disney world and Sea World, 50 miles of NASA and 75 miles of St Augustine, the oldest city in the States.

Our home has 2 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1Twin), 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, 1 parking spot, fully equipped kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, TV's, & patio. Both bedrooms have access to the deck! For additional bed space, there is a sofa that converts to a queen size bed in the living room and a pack n play.

Absolutely amazing

This property was amazing and more than what I expected! It was much larger and had everything my mother and I needed! Will definitely be back. The property manager was on point when I had a question and overall the stay was a 10!

Enjoyed our stay. Liked the location of the property. While rental was clean and well stocked for preparing meals, the condo upkeep was a little outdated. The was confusion over how to get access to the property that had the potential of delaying our access to the rental.

Paid a a lot of money!! For something that was not worth it.

Owner needs to get "Professionals" to paint and grout the sink etc.etc.. Furniture looks like "Salvation Army" style. the wall colors must be left over paint, nothing matches! The carpet was very, very dirty. Actually needs to be replaced throughout. I addressed these problems with owner. He did replace one TV, and the carpet...he offered to have it shampoo but by a non professional. We chose to pass on having water soaked carpet for rest of our stay... Honestly, We love Florida but the cost for this stay was far too much for the quality of this Specific unit..

Hervorragende Lage. Der Ort war uns schon bekannt. Toll geeignet für Familien und Paare.

Das Objekt braucht ein Makeover. Insbesondere die Auslegware und Küchengeräte sowie auch der Grill sind alt. Zudem wäre eine Grundreinigung erforderlich (besonders die Küche und die Bäder). Die Lage ist toll. Die gesamte Anlage sehr ruhig. Den Pool hatte man größtenteils für sich. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Great Stay

We had a great time. Close to the beach and other activities. We could not use the master shower due to the glass for the shower breaking prior to our arrival. As there were only three of us so it wasn’t that big of a deal. The beds were so comfortable that I have realized I need a new bed. Everything you need for the beach is in the condo. Recommend this place. Great price as well.

Adequate

The unit was clean but in need of updating. Stale odor. A/c was not working upon arrival & property manager did her best to resolve situation but it wasn’t fixed completely until 48 hrs later due to the holiday. I think a partial refund should have been offered but the owner only offered a free night if I book this unit again in the future. Will look elsewhere in the future, I prefer more modern, updated accommodations.
