Please note that Emmalani Court will be undergoing a large-scale construction project from September 02, 2025 through approximately April 01, 2027
Construction activity may occur Monday–Friday, between 8:00am–5:00pm.
Guests may experience noise, dust, and limited access to certain areas of the property during their stay.
Some common amenities (e.g., parking areas, walkways, landscaping, etc.) may be temporarily closed or restricted.
While we will do our best to minimize disruptions, this work is essential to improving the property. We want our guests to be fully informed so you can plan your stay accordingly.
The pricing on this unit has been discounted accordingly.

Beautiful Ocean View Air-Conditioned unit and just a short hike to the beach. Emmalani Court is a small, quiet condominium complex located near the newly renovated 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay in Princeville and the Princeville Makai Golf Course. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit is located on the second floor with a King bed in the main bedroom, and 2 double beds in the guest bedroom, plus ocean views from the main living area and the main bedroom. The living and dining area feature an open concept with a well-stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances. There is Air Conditioning included in the whole unit. You have dedicated WIFI and cable with HD televisions in both bedrooms and the living room. The main bedroom and bath can be closed off for privacy. There is also an open lanai with a dining table and seating for 4 guests. The unit features a washer and dryer. You will have access to the large pool with a hot tub, and a club house with several shared BBQ’s. Free parking is included in the nearby parking area.
From the minute that you walk in the unit you can see the beautiful views and the adjacent golf course. There is also a connecting path nearby that will take you to Hideaways beach and Pali Ke Kua beach. A 10 minute walk will take you to the new 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay or an approximate 20 minute walk will take you to the Princeville Shopping Center (two miles). There you will find retail shops, restaurants, coffee shops, banks, a gas station, a food and deli grocery store and a public library and park. A short drive will take you to gorgeous Hanalei Bay and a scenic drive along Kuhio Highway will take you to the trail head for the Na Pali Coast.

We had a fabulous stay! Everything about the place was great. It was perfectly clean upon arrival, and was must larger than we expected. Plenty of space! They also provided us with so many towels and beach gear. The host was great to work with also and even confirmed with us ahead of time that construction was happening to make sure we understood before they charged us. If you are going soon, construction is not even a problem. It happens while you’re gone enjoying the island and it wasn’t a bother at all. I was concerned a little bit and didn’t see anyone address this on the reviews, so take my word for it—it wasn’t a problem. We would totally stay here again.

Beautiful Condo!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Condo!!My husband and enjoyed our stay! The condo was open and much bigger than expected. There were ample bath towels, beach towels, boogie boards and even beach toys for our grand kids! The AC was awesome and kept the rooms nice and cool. I cooked most meals in the condo , and it was easy with all the pots and pans available. The view was gorgeous out the huge windows which was my favorite of the condo. Drinking my morning coffee looking out the windows became my morning routine. This condo was close to Princeville and Hanalei which we frequently visited. Also the communication with the condo manager was great. They made it very clear about the construction before we booked, and it never was a problem. Actually we saw the workers, but never really heard them since we were gone during the day. Towards the end of trip, we had to cut our time in Kauai short due to Hurricane Lowell. I contacted them and they let me know right away that I would be refunded for the nights we didn’t use. I would definitely stay here again! This condo deserves 5 stars! Thank you!

Wonderful corner upstairs unit with great view and breezes. When we arrived, the WiFi wasn’t working, but property manager handled the problem right away by contacting Spectrum who found out our modem needed to be replaced, which was done right away.

Amazing Place

We really enjoyed this stay and it was perfect for our family with two small kids. The sunsets were incredible and we could walk out to see whales every evening. Would highly recommend staying here and would come back in a heartbeat!

Perfect family vacation

This was our second year staying here, and it continues to be the perfect spot for our family vacation with young kids. The condo was well-supplied, in a great spot, and the property management company was really easy to communicate with. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Clean and beautiful location

This was the perfect spot for our family of six. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. We enjoyed walking down to the beach and ending the evenings in the hot tub. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Highly recommend this lovely condominium ! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information. We loved our stay! Can’t wait to come back to visit!

Great Place to stay.

Place was as advertised and very roomy with lots of amenities. Property management company was quick to respond with any questions. Pool was nice and it's only a short walk (maybe 150 yards) to the edge of the ocean for beautiful sunset views.
