A beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bath home, all on one floor, plus a sleeping loft; situated on the North Shore of Kaua'i in the town of Princeville. 2000 square feet living space plus a 200 sq. ft covered lanai. NOTE: Home is not available for use as an on-site retreat or as guest housing for operators of any offsite retreat. Please do not make that request. We are only available to groups of friends and families.

Note: in addition to nightly rental rate and tax, every stay includes a $275.00 cleaning fee, which is charged at the time of booking. Additionally, you are responsible for property damage protection, at either $59 per stay or a deposit of $1,500.

+ Twin Bedroom: a twin bed and a full size bed; ceiling fan.
+ Loft: A futon sleeper with a full size mattress; tower fans provided. Note: this area has no open windows so it can be hot in the summer.
+ Fully stocked kitchen, with all appliances, including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender
+ Outdoor shower (hot/cold water) with privacy screen
+ All linens, towels, etc.

Land Acknowledgment

I am a guest on this ‘āina visiting for the purpose of relaxation and enjoyment.

I would like to begin by acknowledging that the ‘āina on which we gather, the ahupua`a of Hanalei, part of the moku of Halele‘a, is part of the larger territory recognized by Indigenous Hawaiians as their ancestral grandmother, Papahānaumoku.

I recognize that her majesty Queen Lili‘uokalani yielded the Hawaiian Kingdom and these territories under duress and protest to the United States to avoid the bloodshed of her people. I further recognize that Hawai‘i remains an illegally occupied state of America.

I recognize that each moment I am in Hawai‘i she nourishes and gifts me with the opportunity to breathe her air, eat from her soils, drink from her waters, bathe in her sun, swim in her oceans, be kissed by her rains, and be embraced by her winds. I further recognize that generations of Indigenous Hawaiians and their knowledge systems shaped Hawai‘i in sustainable ways that allow me to enjoy these gifts today.
