Kauai Paradise: oceanview 2-bedroom condo with AC and private lanai

Aloha! Welcome to paradise on the amazing North Shore of Kauai.

Our 2 BR/2 BA oceanview condo in Emmalani Court - Princeville, offers a comfortable haven to relax after exploring the Garden Isle. It has wonderful ocean and mountain views and a private lanai, cooled by trade breezes or AC throughout. The clubhouse houses a pool, hot tub, & BBQs.

The condo is located within easy walking distance of the 1 Hotel Hanalei (formerly the St. Regis Hotel), with fantastic restaurants and unbeatable sunset views. Emmalani Court is steps from the ocean bluff near the 8th hole of the Makai Golf Course, which is a great spot to watch the sunset or see nesting albatross up close.

Enjoy the Princeville walking path, the golf course, Queen's Bath, Hideaways and Pu'u Poa beaches. A short drive will bring you to Kilauea lighthouse, Hanalei Pier, and all the amazing north shore beaches - Anini, Rock Quarry, Hanalei, Lumahai, Tunnels, and more.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Please be aware there will be an active construction project at our condo complex in 2026. There will be roof replacement work on other buildings in the complex (ours is complete) on weekdays from January through April/May and other work on building exteriors through the fall.

TAXES
Please note there are mandatory Hawaii G.E.T. & T.A.T. taxes of 14.750%  and County of Kauai TAT tax of 3%, making a combined total of  17.75% . This will be applied to the nightly rate times the number of nights plus the cleaning fee.

Location was Great

We had a wonderful stay with our two young kids. The location was perfect—quiet, breezy, and within walking distance to beautiful beaches. It was also a great home base for exploring the North Shore. The house had everything we needed, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful with great local recommendations.

Kauai Holiday

We loved staying in Kauai Paradise condo. The views from the condo of the cliffs/Pacific Ocean were stunning with amazing sunsets. The condo was clean, well supplied and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated all of the suggestions that our hosts provided. We would definitely stay at Kauai Paradise again & recommend it to family & friends. Mahalo

Great location, tidy Condo!

We loved the size of the property, not too big and well maintained, great location. The condo was spotless and very comfortable, well stocked with everything you need for the beach and cooking. Everything was labled for ease of use. The owner was gracious and provided lots of helpful information which made our stay very easy. Thank you!

Our stay was so wonderful! We stayed for a week and this cliff side location was the perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset. You can see the mountains and ocean from the condo but with a short walk to the cliff side on the golf course the view was even more fabulous. You can also see Queen's Bath! The stars were some of the best I've seen as there is very little light pollution on Kauai. We loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen and eating meals on the lanai. The bed was comfortable, the appliances are all updated and work well, and there was plenty of beach items to borrow! The hosts were also very communicative and accomodating. We highly recommend staying here and will be back in the future.
