Overall we had a great time. Love the building and our unit was excellent. A real oven would be nice but we learned how to use the combo microwave/oven. Sunsets and beach are hard to beat and so close to many things to do. We'll be back!

Mostly great time and unit was what was expected .Close to restaurants that we could walk to. Nice balcony with awesome views. Condo needs less furniture in bedrooms (bench at end of bed could go). Took a few days to be comfortable with temp but ceiling fans would have made it perfect.

My family has been vacationing at St Pete since the 70's. We've stayed at a few different places and even had timeshares there. We've seen a lot change, but we've seen a lot stay the same and it's a great family place to resort to that's busy enough to keep you going but relaxed enough to do nothing but enjoy the beach, pool and condo. The Caprice is a perfect low-key affordable place to be. I always recommend it to anyone asking.
