Villamare 3526 is in Building #3 with Over 140 FIVE star reviews. I am experienced Owner/Property Manager for over 15 years of Property Management and real estate experience. We also provide you with 4 BEACH TOWELS and 2 BEACH CHAIRS FOR YOUR STAY. Also, my husband and I live on the Hilton Head island. Our unit has a Southern exposure, 3 SMART TV'S, Ocean Views with cozy coastal decor, new furniture. and freshly painted 2024 with 2025 new master shower.. There is everything you need for a fun family Vacation in Villamare 3526. BLACK OUT t curtains in the bedrooms for sleeping late, games, blocks, cards, comfy furniture plus beach towels. to use while visiting The unit has a southern exposure which makes all rooms and terraces bright and sunny all year round, especially in the winter months. No need to bring beach towels as I have added beach towels for your convenience. Both Terraces have Ocean Views and glorious Sunsets. The kitchen has been remodeled with all stainless steel appliances and granite counters and is equipped with all you will need for a busy active family, including Keurig, and drip coffee pots, crock pot, blender, and hand mixer. As a property manager for over 1 6years, I have tried to make this condo as comfortable as your own home. We have added a new Washer and Dryer. The Foyer entrance has been remodeled and opened up for easier entrance to the Living room and "B" bedroom unit.
The living room has new furniture 2024 and is comfortable and cozy with plenty of seating for all and a 42" SMART TV on a moving arm and over 200 channels. The Living Room Terrace and second bedroom both have views of the ocean as seen in the pictures provided.
The Dining Room table seats 4 plus 2 bar stools make dining easy for your busiest days at the beach.
****Both the Master Bedroom and B unit Bedroom have new Blackout Curtains so you and your children or guests can sleep late. The Masters Bath has been remodeled and has a privacy glass partition added between the Sink/Tub area and Master Bedroom. The Bath area has new cabinetry and granite counters.
The Second Bedroom has new mattresses and 2 queen sized beds and a large private bath and shower which was remodeled in 2020. The "B" bedroom also has a SMART TV with instruction and picture of the remote to make usage easy!!.
We are in Building #3 which has 2 elevators for your convenience and plenty of underground parking. The Palmetto Dunes Association requires a $35.00 car pass fee per car per week which you will pay for and pick up when you first enter thru the Security gate. The fee is prorated according to the lenght of your stay.
*****This unit is Owned by Brookview Gardens, Inc. a charitable non profit with headquarters in Hilton Head at Shelter Cove. Charitable funds are distributed through grants to many needy Charities in the US including many in Hilton Head, South Carolina.

The Foundation owns multiple properties in Hilton Head SC. The Foundation donates 5% of its net worth each year to deserving charities including The Heritage Library Foundation of Hilton Head, HILTON HEAD Habitat for Humanity, NOC a neighborhood after school program of HILTON HEAD, The Boys and Girls Clubs, Eastern Christian Children's Retreat for Special Needs Children, Double Harvest of Haiti, to name a few. My husband is the Vice President and COO of Brookview Gardens, Inc and I have the pleasure of extending my 25 year real estate career by being the property manager of Villamare 3526. Take the shuttle to Shelter Cove for a fun day of shopping and great dining. Head to Old Town Bluffton for a great day of old time fun, food, artisans, antiques and crafts. Head to Pickney Island for bird watching or just sit back and enjoy the beauty of our fabulous island.
What makes this property unique
Villamare is unique because it is the ONLY condo complex that has a health club AND indoor pool. This indoor pool feature allows for extra play time on those rainy or cold days. Only Villamare renters or owners are allowed to use the pool. ALSO: Villamare has underground shaded parking. A real plus in the hot summer months.
