Renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath home in well maintained Brookside Gardens in Westbrook Village. 1000 sq ft, all appliances including inside washer and dryer. Attached 1 car garage. Relax on the back patio. There is a 65 inch Roku smart TV in the great room, and WIFI is also provided. All rooms are located on one floor, so no stairs.
Brookside Gardens has two heated pools with hot tub/sun decks. Both pools/hot tubs are an easy walk across from the casita.
The area is a clean, safe, beautifully landscaped community with two Championship Golf Courses and two Recreational Centers featuring Olympic size swimming pools, Tennis Courts, clubs and Fitness Center. Access to all the facilities/events (except the Golf course) are included with your stay*.
Just 5 minutes from the Loop 101, restaurants, shopping malls and the Peoria Sports Complex-Spring training site of the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners. You are also minutes from the West Gate entertainment district and Desert Diamond Arena.
Other attractions include outlet malls, casino, Lake Pleasant recreation area, restaurants, World Wildlife Zoo, hiking, theaters, etc.
