This is a beautiful a 1445 Sq Ft house inside Pebble Creek. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, den. open living, dining rooms as well as the well stocked kitchen. Lots of linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. The house even comes with a golf cart. The back patio is awesome, BBQ grill, and patio table for you peaceful or entertaining enjoyment. The back faces a "common area" which is a wonderful treed area with a walking path ambling between the houses. Pebble Creek is a spot for active seniors, there is so much or so little with your time. Several lap pools, indoor & outdoor swimming, hot tubs, fitness, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, boccie courts, horse shoe pits, wide variety of crafts ..................

Enjoyed Pebble Creek

Wanted a property convenient to family, this location was perfect. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The view from the back patio was so tranquil. Perfect for relaxing with morning coffee. JoAnn was very nice and very helpful. Would stay in this community again.

This was by far the best rental we have had with VRBO. The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen pantry has many basic supplies that we were encouraged to use. Further, the large island in the kitchen is a very practical area to have a snack or visit with others in the kitchen. Being in the PebbleCreek complex with all the activities, golf courses, athletic facilities, and walking areas was perfect for what we were looking for. The community is a gated facility and is very safe and quiet. The public areas are well manicured and tastefully done. The house is in a great location within the community. It is close to a main entrance, yet far enough away to be very quiet. The patio area is great for relaxing and enjoying a meal outside. We especially enjoyed watching the bunnies every evening as they played along the walking path nearby. The house comes with a golf cart that you are allowed to use. It is a great way to travel around to either the athletic facility or one of the restaurants located within the community. The king size bed in the primary bedroom is comfortable and is adjustable as it is a sleep number bed. The room has a very large walk in closet and has plenty of storage space as well. The house has lots of storage area throughout and the large living room is comfortable with plenty of seating options. This house had everything we could have wanted in our stay and we hope to return again soon.

The home was perfectly suitable for our stay....lovely home, well appointed and spotless. Bed was very comfortable...very enjoyable watching the bunnies and quail in the back. Would highly recommend!

The Crosby House

Very comfortable property. The house was well stocked with everything needed to feel like at home. The master bedroom bed was so comfy it’s going to be hard to return home to our own bed. The golf cart was an added bonus and it would be hard to return without one. The Pebblecreek community is amazing with opportunities for everyone. We enjoyed the golf, fitness & swim center and walking the beautiful neighborhood. Bob was on hand to help answer questions and to make suggestions for things to do in the area. Thank you Bob and thank you Crosby’s for opening your house for others to enjoy. We would definitely like to return someday.
