Welcome to Gulls Landing Guest Cottage! We are located in the heart of downtown St. Andrews, and free parking is provided for you. No need to drive anywhere! Everything is within walking distance. Whatever you are looking for, we have! Restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, grocery store, liquor store, boutiques, hardware store, recreational activities, whale watching, kayaking, bike tours, ghost tours, museums, kids activities, etc. The list goes on and on! Hope to see you soon!
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

The home was lovely and very well equipped --- even having nice white bath robes for our use. The location was awesome being right on the waterfront and the balcony was great for spending time enjoying the view. We very much enjoyed our stay and would happily go back again.

House was lovely; as advertised. Clean and well-stocked.Saint Andrews is a beautiful little place. I'd highly recommend the Oppenheimer-Prager Museum and Minister's Island (but don't get stuck in the sand, as we did!).Karen was responsive and helpful.The only negative was wonky Internet. We were booted off-line maybe a total of 3 days out of 14 during our stay.

This was by far the nicest place we have ever stayed in. The house was spotless with everything you would need for your stay and more. Karen was an amazing host and responded right away and was very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect - right on the Main Street with a spectacular view of the bay. Rooms were huge and very clean and the bathroom was incredible. This will be the only place I stay when I come back to visit. Thank you Karen for making our stay wonderful.

East Coast Adventure

The host was so attentive and responsive. We arrived later than expected and she made sure there were lights on for us. We made a wonderful meal in the kitchen; it had everything you need. I spent a whole day lounging on the upper deck, reading a book and looking at the ocean. It was everything we were looking for and you cannot beat this location!!!

Beautiful Cottage right Downtown

This cottage was beautiful, comfortable and well appointed with fully equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and balconies off each bedroom. The only misunderstanding on the information on-line details was we thought there was a 3rd bedroom with a futon but it is actually a pull-out couch in the living room. It was still fine for the group.

Perfect Stay in St. Andrews

We stayed at this “cottage” on the main street in St. Andrews for a week in early June 2025. It was a really lovely house, well decorated with a very large and comfortable master bedroom. The kitchen is very modern and is very well supplied. There are decks on both the front and back of the house. The large upper deck off the master bedroom gives you on opportunity to see the waterfront in St. Andrews. The owner was very responsive to a request we had and the matter was resolved the next day. The location is perfect given you are located on Water St. with access to most of the shops and restaurants in St. Andrews. Highly recommend this rental for up to 4 people.

We know the area very well and it’s very unique to find a newer modern rental as the area has so many old buildings due to the rich history. Did I Say Clean. We very much appreciated the care taken by the owners as we have stayed in some not so clean rentals.

Comfy and oh so convenient!

Loved this wonderfully renovated spot right in Main Street within walking distance of everything. Views were great snd we enjoyed exploring the area including light hikes, antiquing and local history. Highly recommend!

Summer away from the heat

We spent 4 weeks during the summer of 2024 in this charming VRBO. The location is great, a very short walk to the main area of St. Andrews. The views from the two back decks was spectacular. Our host Karen reached out to us a few times to make sure everything was all right. The house was well appointed and comfortable. We will definitely recommend it!

Property was excellent and accurately depicted in ad. Very clean, bright any in a prime location downtown. Owners were very responsive and had handy info cards around the cottage to guide you with anything you needed. 10 out of 10 will stay again.

This cottage is so stunning in person. The view of the ocean from the upper balcony is so breathtaking, the apple blossoms were out and made the lower deck look like it was out of a magazine. Check-in was seamless, communication was prompt. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend.

Fun weekend for a party of 4!

My boyfriend and I stayed here with my parents for an awesome long weekend of golf and hanging out. The property was just as described, very clean and beautiful. Karen was super responsive and helpful, the location was great and the beds super comfortable. What more could you want?
