The location is perfect. Very quiet little neighborhood, delightful balcony & only 2 blocks from the beach. Also easy to walk to the middle of the town & not have to worry about parking.The entire apartment is in keeping with the mid century modern style. The windows over looking the docks and inland waterway made this stay feel extra special.The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and pots and pans and made eating in very seamless.Comfort and care taken for bedding and towels and bright clean throw pillows is appreciated!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts were attentive and stocked the apt. with a starter of supplies. It was nice to come back and relax inside or on the balcony. It's only a couple of blocks to the ocean and on the quieter side of the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here as it is very nice inside and safe to walk at any time of the day or night. If you have the time and like walking, this property is next to really nice neighborhoods. Publix is across the bay from the property. We saw a dolphin come through our bay every day. It is right next to a jet ski rental place as well. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It was a great place to stay with another couple. The property is well maintained. There's a pool but we didn't use it as the weather was cold. We loved sitting on the balcony watching big birds fly into the tree. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Lina answered all my questions and responded promptly.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo exceeded our expectations. The balcony is very large, a pleasant place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The view of the bay was lovely. There is a small jet ski tour company next door which is a fun way to spend the morning.

Location was good, if your tired from staying at the beach all day, it could be tiring on the walk home, alot of places had golf carts which would have been a great idea. it was a quiet location. Clearwater was a beautifully area.

Nice quiet place to stay in Clearwater Beach but easy to get to the hustle and bustle if that’s what you want, trolley stops right in front of the building and it’s a short walk to the beach don’t have to worry about parking, we enjoyed our stay there.
