April getaway

We had a wonderful relaxing time with my brother and his wife. The apartment was lovely, clean and very comfortable.We love sitting by the water, walking to the beach and swimming in the pool.

Amazing location. Really clean and modern

We loved this location right on the inner coastal. We actually saw dolphins go by most mornings. The location was .2 miles from the beach and close to town. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful

It was a challenge to find the right words to describe this property! It truly checked off all of our needs and more. I was almost reluctant to leave a review in order to gate keep this place! The bay was only steps away, the pool right outside of our bedroom. Everything was immaculate and a short walk to the beach. Beach chairs, a wagon and cooler were all provided. We will definitely be back!!

Nice Condo and great location

This condo was very nice. Well decorated and a great location. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all we needed to make some meals. We were able to park and walk everywhere which was perfect. 5 min walk to North Clearwater Beach and about 10 min to all the restaurants. Lina was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this condo and would stay again the next time we are in Clearwater.

We were in town less than 48 hours but the apartment is great. Right on the water and spotless. The apartment has been totally remodeled.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment was lovely and clean. My only recommendation would be to have room darkening curtains in the bedrooms-even at night there are many lights that brighten the bedrooms.

Perfect Location, Clean, Plenty of Room

This was a perfect place to stay, walkable to beach and restaurants. Plenty of room for a family to relax. Outdoor patio and pier to enjoy watching the water. Plenty of patio doors if you love sunshine! Lots of new improvements/upgrades to the house recently. Semi-private pool was definitely a plus! House had a wagon with beach chairs and an umbrella, which was so appreciated! Saved so much money by not having to rent chairs and umbrella on the beach every day. House was super clean upon arrival, was even stocked with drinks and snacks for us. Will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing and comfortable

The apartment is just as pictured. We had one minor issue that the owner made right immediately. Very clean apartment. View on dock and back porch was amazing. Very short walk to a quite portion of Clearwater beach. Awesome mom and pop pizzeria near the beach. 3 in 1 soap provided was a nice touch. We used the wagon and beach chairs. Washer and dryer are in excellent condition.

The stay was good, but for the cost would expect more, the cooking utensils were cheap and seems they came from the dollar store.The non-stick pans were in horrible condition, the mattress pad on the sofa bed was stained as to what appeared to be rust. There were no storage containers. There weee absolutely no seasoning, not even salt and pepper

Wedding Weekend

My family stayed in this lovely apartment for my son’s wedding weekend. Though we live in Tampa, we wanted the convenience of being near the Wyndham Grand on Clearwater Beach. The entire experience from reservation to check out was excellent. The apartment was better than advertised and even included dolphin frolicking in the bay just off shore. Inside, we had everything we needed and Lina quickly responded to the few questions we had. Definitely will recommend this apartment to others who plan to visit Clearwater Beach and may consider going back for a quick getaway.

Great rental!

The location of this condo is great, although does require a little walking to get down to the main pier area which was fine for us. Also, there are still a few restaurants close by. The best part is the back patio which is truly waterfront and the perfect spot for coffee in the morning. You would never get these views or access in a standard hotel for a comparable price. Overall, the condo is very nice inside and worked great for two small families. The only negative I would have is that the beds were not super comfortable but not a big deal for a vacation. Definitely recommend!

Great location and updated home

The apartment is immaculate! It is fully updated and comfortable. The property manager was polite and was very clear in her rules and how to use/not use her home. The location was excellent - I walked to everywhere I needed to go. Parking there is excellent - 2 spots. The pool looked great, but we did not use it. The location and view are also terrific. I do wish they had new mattresses, newer and more dishes and a full set of silverware. That was all that was lacking. I will be back!

Sibling bonding

We came with three adult siblings 55+. We love the location and walked alot. Its very quiet but convenient to everything we wanted. We did take tge trolley to St Pete Beach...wouldnt recommend it. Uber instead. Lina is very responsive and handled what we needed. Don't have unrealistic expectations for internet and trlevision but who wants that in Florida anyways. The bayside is a little rough by the dock but we enjoyed ut anyways. The condo is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We would definitely come back.
