Wow! That is what you will say when you walk on the covered deck in this 3 BR/3 bath beautiful mountain home. Only minutes to downtown Waynesville and the local amenities. Be one of the first to enjoy the private setting and remarkable views. Enjoy your favorite beverage outside in the cool mountain air. Very private, but still close to everything!
Two lane paved roads all the way to the property make this the perfect destination to plan a trip with your friends. No need to worry about 4 wheel drive at this location. It offers easy access all seasons of the year.
Our property is less than 15 minutes from the picturesque mountain town of Waynesville, NC and 35 minutes to Asheville. We are also only 20 minutes to the Cataloochee Ski Resort and Ranch for great skiing or horseback riding. Whitewater rafting is about 30 minutes away and the grocery store is about 20 minutes. There are quite a few nice restaurants in Waynesville and tons more in Asheville. There are also very nice shops on Main Street. Golfing is abundant with the Waynesville CC, the Maggie Valley CC, and the Laurel Ridge CC within 20 minutes from the house. Venture to Asheville and visit the historical Biltmore Estate all within 35 minutes of the property.
