We really enjoy this condo - we love how it's far enough away from the strip to be a little secluded but still close enough to multiple restaurants and stores without going all the way into town. Beds were all super comfortable, the view is great, the beach is a quick walk, the pools and hottubs (both have inside options for a rainy day) are great and the owner was very responsive with any questions or concerns. It's super convenient to go down to the Sassy Bass in the same building for a drink, snacks or a meal (there is a new cafe by the guard shack too with breakfast and coffee!). Multiple options if you want to go off the resort for food - try Jesse’s On The Bay, any of the sassy bass locations, tacky jacks, and even the Fresh Market Seafood place if you want to cook some fresh seafood (try the tuna dip they have in the fridge too!). We've stayed here multiple times and the condo was clean and smelled nice as expected in our previous visits. We have stayed in multiple places over the years on the panhandle and this is one of our annual stops.

Change of plans vacation

We were headed to Disney but the hurricane changed our plans. We were afraid we wouldn’t find a place but we lucked up and we are so thankful we did. The location was great and made for a wonderful stay.

The room was clean and had more than enough linens for our family.

The only thing we did not like was the temperature of the room was not adjustable. We were pretty warm with the thermostat being set to 74 and at times the room smelled musky when we came in because there was no air circulating.

Great place

We’ve stayed at many places in this place and this was nice. It was on the third floor and had everything you needed. The only issues (which wasn’t a major issue) was that only a be remote worked for the main tv and the others in the bedroom didn’t work. We were on vacation so it’s not a major deal except when the kids hogged the main t Liv or we wanted to hang out we had to do it with their shows on. Everything else was clean and the bathrooms were very nice. Tons of hot water to clean off all the suntan lotion. We love the view from the balcony and love that we can wake up early and sit in the balcony with a cup of coffee. You’re on the sunset side so it isn’t until mid day that we got the sun on the balcony so if you want to see the sunrise you’ll have to get on the beach. You can sit in the living room and see the ocean so if the weather isn’t great you don’t miss out on the view. We had good weather when we were there so that was nice. As for advice on what to bring they have everything you need for pots, pans, bowls and plates. They had coffee mugs, cups and wine glasses. To make clean up easy they have a fishwasher that was nice. They have grilling supplies and they have grills on the facility so that’s a great option. You’ll need to provide the charcoal and lighters. We’d definitely stay there again!!

Very family friendly

This was just the right size for our family of 6. The balcony was stocked with beach toys which was a bonus we absolutely loved! A quick walk to the beach, very clean and fun swimming pools, and comfortable beds to sleep in! We will definitely stay here again!

First time to the Gulf Shores area. Had a great time with the family. Property was as described. Plenty to do there with great views. Property was clean and owner was accommodating. Only beef we had, bed was not too comfortable. But overall, great property and would not hesitate to go back.

Home away from home!!

GREAT CONDO, GREAT OWNER! We have been staying in this unit for the past 3 years and love it, it is our home away from home. We have never had any issues and if there were ever to be, Shelley would do anything and everything to make it right. As far as the 1 star review concerning bugs, I have never had any issues with bugs or anything else. I can't wait for my next stay!

After arriving and checking out all the doors i saw a can of raid roach spray where ac unit is. I figured this wasnt a good aign. After 5 roaches crawling in the kitchen floor and cabinets later, we left 2 days early and went to stay somewhere else. King bed is honestly the worst mattress I have ever slept on. It is completely caved in, like sleeping in a cocoon. Condo has a ton of potential but needs upkeep badly. Will not be back.

We followed up with the homeowner, who was surprised by your review, as she was not notified of any issues or that you were leaving early. - She let us know that the building is sprayed regularly for pests, but there is construction going on right now, which may have let some insects in. - The owner is currently working with the HOA and an exterminator to ensure that this is taken care of quickly. - She recently upgraded a majority of the furniture and has ordered a new king mattress that should be delivered soon. We are confident that future guests will find this condo clean and comfortable!

Prefect location!

The condo was just as described and had a great view of the pools and beachfront. Make sure you get your parking pass before you go but only buy what you need since there is no refunds ( we brought one and so did the couple we stayed with but only had one car). It was a prefect Mother’s Day weekend!

Convenient and calm

Condo was easy to access, and conveniently located on the property. It was easy to walk down to the beach, pools, grills, and sassy bass restaurant. The unit had spacious and comfortable beds, updated decor, and a decent sized table was a big plus for my family. There was enough storage options for our belongings throughout our stay and having a wagon and beach chairs provided was a huge perk!
