Lake Windermere Pointe in Invermere is an incredible lakefront community that offers everything you would expect for a memorable vacation. Reconnect with your family and loved ones in this charming summer and winter resort town.

People come to relax, to spend summer afternoons at the beach, to go boating, river rafting and golfing. There are spectacular parks in the area, offering hiking and fishing. In the winter, the big attraction is skiing or heli-skiing at Panorama Mountain Resort. Of course, any time of year is a good time to soak in the mineral pools at Fairmont or Radium Hot Springs.

This unit is a two-minute walk to the James Chabot Provincial Park, the public beach, and the Lakeside Pub. You are a 10-minute walk to main street which offers a host of upscale restaurants, quaint cafes and pubs and unique shops nestled in a Bavarian/European influenced setting. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs that are part of Lake Windermere Pointe.

Newer, comfortable and modern furnishings are perfect for a getaway with friends and family.

This 2nd storey, courtyard view condo with balcony, will sleep up to 6 people:
**Master bedroom has a king bed with en suite, walk-in closet and TV
**Second bedroom has one double bed, and one single bed.
**Comfy queen hide-a-bed in the living room (with memory foam mattress to place on top of hide-a-bed mattress)

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic, right next to the beach! The pool and hot tub was great! The suite and tge grounds were clean and well maintained, I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay: lots of room, kitchen very well stocked, nice deck, BBQ, comfortable king-sized bed, and the whole place feels new. Good pool with easy access from condo, steps to beach and a short walk to downtown. The area is beautiful with lots of things to do. Definitely want to go back!

The condo was so nice. Our hostess was wonderful and very accommodating for us. The location was perfect as it is minutes from the lake and about halfway between Radium and Fairmont Hot Springs. I would highly recommend this condo!

Nice little condo with a great location!

The location was the best part! Condo was nice and comfy, with enough room for the 4 of us. Housekeeping could have been a bit better, (found garbage under the beds, and bathroom could’ve been cleaner), and the BBQ was super dirty and falling apart, but all in all, it was a wonderful stay!

Perfect for a stay with children. Onsite pool, hot tub and activity room were great. Beach just a few minute walk away. Condo itself was perfect for kids sharing a room and large bedroom for adults. Place for bassinet/crib in walk through closet. Thanks for the stay!

Great location

My family really enjoyed our stay here. I was very impressed with the very comfy king bed and my teens loved their room. We were in Invermere during heat warnings so the air conditioning was a life saver. The close location to the beach and shops was perfect. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and well used by young families. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation in the mountains❤️

The condo is located steps from the lake and is spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The bed is a comfy king in one bedroom with a single and double in second. The owner was prompt and answered or questions and requests. The price is most reasonable in comparison to other units and hotels in the summer. Loved it enough to book for 2024 already! Quick getaway with the family. Place was nice and clean. Had a few questions for host but found they took a long time responding. Also for a beach location found it odd they didn’t supply towels so had to bring our own. Other then that it was great.

This property is right by the lake. So handy. The balcony looks onto pool entrance and condos across. Not a lake view. Freshly painted in most areas which freshened it up. We had a great stay for second time. This condo is well priced too. Just a note that the bq is very old. We brought our camping one which works fine. Good communication with owner.

Really Enjoy Invermere

Love this location. We love Pete’s Marine for getting our boat in the water and the proximity to everything invermere has to offer. The units and hallways are really starting to show age though. The carpets are in need of replacement and a fresh coat of paint. We had a few repairs needed in this unit and our friends that were there also had an issue with their dishwasher. The underground parking could you a sweeper as well as the dust was thick and would tracked into the building. We will still be coming back next year!

Good times in Invermere

The place is clean and in a good location. It was stocked with everything we needed. The only sad part is the pool is out of order. Just would have been nice to know before getting there.
