Fantastic place close to all amenities and the centre of Edinburgh. Great nature and walking areas nearby, as well as Carlton Hill, Holyrood park, the Royal Mile, the queen’s palace and gardens, the parliament, the list is long! Please see our location.
There’s also great bus connections though you can walk to most places from here.
All rooms have natural light and the apartment has been furnished with care and love, please look after it well.

We have always chosen to live in this area, it is central yet near the wilderness of Holyrood Park, Calton Hill and the woods. Minutes from the Royal Mile and Princess Street. It’s perfect.
