The apartment was spotless, Duncan is excellent hoist .It was like home from home , Duncan had left tea coffee milk If we came back we would love to stop again.not far to walk and plenty taxis about we had brilliant weekend x thank you

Great location. About 25 minute walk to the centre. The apartment was spotless and the breakfast cereal and milk that was left was a great bonus as we were performing at The Fringe so were able to eat before setting off for the day. Would definitely recommend.

Duncan was fantastic to deal with, the flat was very well situated at the base of the Royal Mile and Arthur's seat. Great space, great amenities, supermarket 5 minutes away,definitely would book again.

Loved this flat! it was very clean, a 10 minute walk to Holyrood and very comfortable. The host had great communication and the washer/dryer was an added bonus. Will look for availability here first next time we visit.

Great location - we were able to walk to all the attractions in Edinburgh and had a lovely stay. We especially loved having use of the washing machine - so handy when traveling for longer periods.

Top Notch Property

Our stay here in the city was perfect! The apartment is centrally located and easy to access all the sites. Of all the places we stayed this one had the most comfortable beds of any. Our host Duncan was easy to deal with and even had some nice breakfast options available.

If you are looking for a quiet residential neighborhood bordered by Open space (Holyrude Park) and 15 min walk to the Royal Mile this is it. Our party of 4 enjoyed the spaciousness of . Thos is like staying at a friend's flat because of the real plants and personal touches. The beds are comfy. Have two full baths is a plus. The only tricky bit is the front door to the building that has a tricky lock where the key sometimes needs wiggling to open. Otherwise everything you could need. There is a nice view from the Kitchen to Holyrude Park and the mountains.We too an Uber twice. Once up to the Cadyle Espanade and home late one night from King's Theatre. That is a gem. Check out what's on. The views from the Terrace at The Museum of Scotland are lovely. And if you don't like crowds with your castles go to Craigmillar Castle. There was a labyrinth to walk when we visited.The Washer/Dryer, Teddy bears and breakfast fixings were much appreciated.It was like a sanctuary away from the noise of old town. Many thanks Duncan!

Lovely flat, great location

Across from hiking Holyrood and just a bit away from the palace and bus stops, the flat has location and comfort. Duncan is lovely and all the amenities as listed. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay

We love our stay at Spring Gardens. The flat was clean, roomy and well appointed. The basics like hair dryers, soaps and kitchen items were provided. It is a good location that allows walking to town doable if u want. We highly recommend it!

Had an amazing stay here. It was extremely clean. Very comfortable bed. Great location to walk to shopping and have a meal. Grocery store within minutes walk. Close to our family in edinburgh. Would definitely recommend renting this home!!

wonderful stay in Edinburgh…clean place as advertised. we are from Canada so the bed size was a surprise: we expected a king in the master but it was smaller than expected. but not anyone’s fault but our own. the home was a ten minute walk to some sights. shorter walk to groceries. we really enjoyed the flat, it was very comfy and warm. we needed parking and it was right at the door. Highly recommend!

wonderful stay

Very clean, very comfortable. We traveled to Scotland with our three grown children. Everyone had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The location was a 15-minute walk from shopping. The apartment was quiet, with a beautiful view. I would stay here again.

Weekend break

The apartment was lovely. Every thing for our comfort had been thought of it was also very clean. We loved the accommodation but thought that the area although very nice was little far out for the city centre.
