Renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom amazing beach-front apartment on the 4th level with stunning ocean views . Superbe central location in the heart of Mooloolaba Esplanade
A King Bed with an ensuite and 2 Single beds accommodate up to 4 guests. The ensuite bathroom has been renovated and now offers a walk in shower. Second bathroom has walk in shower also.
Foxtel, Wifi, access to a seasonally heated pool and spa + Gym, BBQ area in a common area.
Complementary Pool towels.
Underground safe parking for 1 vehicle.

Great Location

Lovely two bedroom apartment with a great view in the best location in Mooloolaba. Easy walking to all the restaurants and shops. Would stay again!

The property provided everything you could need and was situated in the heart of the restaurant area, very close to the flagged beach area. Perfect for a family stay.

Great Location

Very central location with just a stroll across the road to the beach. Spoiled for food choices and above the shopping precinct.

What a spot!

This property is sensational. The best views on the strip. Very close to eateries and other holiday style stores. We loved staying here.

Great modern apartment with fantastic views. You can just sit on the balcony for hours and watch the world go by while you sip on your favourite beverage.

Excellent location

This is a great apartment in an excellent location, right above the main shops, cafes and straight across from the beach. Decent sized balcony and very comfortable outdoor furniture. Very spacious main rooms and main bedroom. Second bedroom is functional. Property Management communication was excellent. Only minor drawback was the lack of a hairdryer but that's a 1st world problem - manager did say they would put one in. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We loved our stay with the booking and check in process with G1 Properties seamless. The 4th floor unit has a great view over the beach and is ideally located right in the heart of Mooloolaba, and perfect for the 2 of us. the underground parking space was a bonus.
