Excellent Place and Location

We had an amazing time and stay in Florida! The Condo was so clean and well kept and the grounds were just as clean and well kept that I just had to give the cleaning ladies a tip. They were scrubbing the outside walls and window areas...it was so clean that it just made our trip that much more relaxing. Thank you, we will be back!!!

Everything was great!

Everything was great! The location was great and a very short walk to the beach. We rented a car but were really able to walk every where which was perfect. Instructions were very clear and concise which was great especially with the parking situation and parking pass. Thanks for everything!

Clearwater Memorial Weekend 2022

This property is absolutely perfect. Great week of beach, pool, and fun. Location. To shops / restaurants could not be better as you are able to walk everywhere. Only issue I had was I did not realize the unit I rented did not have washer and dryer.

103 is the place to be!

Suite 103 is the cutest! Decor is clean & relaxing, not cheesy/nautical like many beach properties. First floor was nice so we didn’t have to climb stairs with luggage. Property was quiet for the most part (i.e. people above us moving furniture around at 1am one night). But they were probably moving it because it’s hard to find outlets in the bedroom (bring extension cords). There were several Palmetto bugs in our unit during our stay; sounds like those are to be expected. Kitchen was nice & well-equipped. Pool was refreshing & clean. Quick walk to the beach, although the property is right beside the public beach parking, so the beach was super crowded on the weekend because of that. It was easy to get ahold of the rental company with any issues, though it sometimes took a little while for them to respond. You’ll get a ton of emails prior to your stay as well, so try to organize those somehow so you can reference them later during your stay. Check-in was fairly easy, though it took a minute to figure out the door keypad. Trying to find the trash dumpster outside was difficult since it’s hidden & not marked, but we finally figured it out after searching back through all those emails & finding the location mentioned in an attachment to one of those emails. We were super lucky & excited to get an on-site parking pass. I wouldn’t have wanted to park in a city lot. Most things in walking distance, but we Ubered a few places that were further. Overall, would stay here again!

Nice stay

This property was overall great. Location could not be better. The unit was clean and cute. Everything was in working order. Pool was nice. My only concern is that we found two large bugs which looked like cockroaches to my husband and I. Another couple said they found what they thought was a cockroach as well. I hope the owner looks into this. Check in process was a little difficult as the code had not yet been reset when we received the email for check in. A quick text message and the issue was fixed. I will say the unit was cozy for my husband and I. I can’t imagine having four people in this unit. We would consider this place again for our next trip to Clearwater.

As pictured online. Well stocked with pool and beach extras. The BEST location.

Good experience, easy check in. Have been visiting Clearwater Beach since 1968, the BEST!! Only downside is off sight parking but has good location for drop off and re-load when coming and going. Would definitely recommend this location and unit.
