The condo was a great location, clean and comfortable! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! This may be our go to place now each year we come to Orlando area for either Disney or tournament.

The property was excellent and great place to stay. Drive to from the Disney parks was very easy. Lots of great places to eat just a short distance from the property. Very nice pool area for the kids and good grille at the pool area with good food and service too. Will definately stay here again. The owner is very nice and helpful! The property was very clean upon arrival. Everything worked as it should. Martin was very helpful and understanding with any questions we had. It was very close to the pool and clubhouse, but also not far from the tennis and volleyball courts.

Very clean place. No issues entering gated community. Pool was excellent and very close by. Maybe could have had more paper products available (toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, ect...), but overall it was an excellent experience.

very nice place

Although the condo wasn't what I thought I booked it was better loved it. one problem was there were little bugs in the kitchen from the first night on and they were jumping on us when we sat on sofas, they appeared to be fleas. Over all stay and complex was awesome kids loved the pool area. Carts would have been nice to lug luggage.

Great Location to Parks

Great location to the Disney parks, just ~15 min drive!!! I suggest a Walmart pickup order to supply your stay, it's super close (and very busy). Easy to check-in, nice pool area for the property. Quiet building, comfortable beds. Martin is easy to talk to and very responsive. You need to bring your own: toilet paper, paper towels, wash clothes, sponge, soap, etc. The entire condo needs a good dusting.

By far the best place in town.

Although I was unable to communicate with the property manager, our wonderful host was always available to answer questions and assist via message even at a distance. Upon arrival there was no running water in the condo. It took some time and a couple of trips to the office before we finally found out that the township had shut off the water to the entire complex for maintenance and neglected to turn it back on. Most or all the condos in that building had no water and tenants started gathering outside in protest. Luckily someone opened the water main outside and solved the problem. Loved the pool and the peaceful surroundings. I will definitely book this place again.

Nice Condo but Transparency is needed for renters

This was our first long term booking in central Florida. We booked this condo based on location and listing photos. The condo was immaculate clean. We learned about significant restrictions with AC unit upon checkin. We experienced many warm days during our stay (80-85 degrees) and given the limitations for setting AC, we were warm much of the time, especially at night, affecting our sleep. AC cannot be set lower than 72 and recommended range is 75-80? That is balmy at best and for top floor condo, really unacceptable. The owner was responsive about out concerns, but would not issue a refund so we could go to a place without AC limitations. He did offer to buy a fan, but we had to pick it up - at our expense (gas to go get it) and it really wouldn't have helped. The owner said he is installing fans in all rooms after our stay, but when temps are in the 90s during summer, doubt it will help cool things off alot? We can't recommend the condo based on our experience and don't think ours was the only complaint regarding this issue. The furniture in the living room listing photos is not what we found in the condo - we based on decision to stay at this condo in part, based on the photos in the listing. The owner said he is updating the photos, but they remain unchanged two weeks after we left. Overall disappointed with this experience as the owner should have disclosed about the AC limitations and also the change in furniture in the living room.

Overall excellent place to stay. Everything you need is there. Secured gated community a nice added touch. Walmart is just around the corner. Disney is about a 10 min drive. A short distance to many different Restaurants.
