Perfect house in Podstrana, Surburbia of Split, location is in quite neighborhood, only 6 km from Center of Split. Around ous is lots of "things to do": Tennis club is 100 meter, Yacht marina in 100 meters, Market, Doctor, Curch in 100 meters; Sand beach in 100 meters.
If you like hiking, bike riding, is there.
City of Split is old 1700 years, it is old Roman Imperial Villa for Imperator Deokletian, City of Salona, old 2500 years with colosseum and aquaduct from old times: and all is in function today!
Nord from ous is Perun mountain, great for half day hiking tours, if that is not enough, there is mountain Mosor with 50 km hiking trails.
South is pirat city of Omis, lot of old schifs, and pirate shows.
In Podstrana is grave of King Artourus of Britain, nice place to take selfie with hudge stone Escalibur.

Sommerurlaub mit Abenteuer

Inhaber sehr nett und vorkommend. Das Haus sehr schön und gepflegt. Ganz nah an Strand und Hafen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben da unvergessliche Zeit erlebt ;-). Wenn wir noch mal Urlaub in Kroatien machen solten dann bestimmt in Ferienhaus Paula. Liebe Grüße an euch.

Great holliday in Big House! Fisching, Beach fun, Disco, Partys in City, and delitful House.

It is Big...really big, two floors, rooms above, rooms down....and big living room with big kitchen. House is clean and tidy. Airconditions (that is really good). House is in Surburbia of Split, place named Podstrana, Sand beach all around, 2 Marinas. Quiet place for resting after partys or siteseening. Old city Split is beautifull, old Roman Palace, full of caffes or restourants. By the House is 2 fastfoods, only 100 meters on Beach, pizza is perfect, hamburgers,,,and cheep. Every day we was in Supermarkt, 2 of them are in 100 meters, and we was cooking at house...goood. Take Boat, go fisching, or you can do it from schore...fisching permit is sell in Marina. Next year again (Owner will give ous a discount)
