House has central ac throughout, with bedrooms on all three floors for privacy , sleeps 8 plus. Separate building with Home office/ desk/ mini bar and ac.
Home features widows walk with views of Nantucket sound and Hyannisport break wall. Luxurious outdoor shower and exterior living space that equals the luxury accommodations inside. Premium outdoor Weber direct feed gas grill( no tanks) with high end patio furniture and manicured grounds too complement the home.
House is located walking distance to the beach, golf marina and within 2 miles of ferry to Nantucket and shops and restaurants in Hyannis and Osterville.

Wonderful Hyannis Port Home

We had a fabulous week long vacation in the Port! This lovely, well appointed home is in an excellent location -very short walk to the yacht club, golf course, and beach club. The children enjoyed playing cornhole on the upper terrace and watching the rabbits hop across the lower terrace. The adults enjoyed cocktails on the widow's walk and dinner on the terrace, as well as walks through the neighborhood and along the beach. The owners were very accommodating and accessible. Everything was perfect!

Home away from home

Richard and Ginger's Hyannis Port home was a perfect vacation home. The neighborhood was lovely and we were able to walk down to a quiet beach in less than 10 minutes. The house had everything you would need or want, including a great kitchen for cooks, a comfortable living space and a great yard and outdoor area for hanging out and grilling. Overall, a wonderful vacation home!

Lovely property in Hyannis Port village. Spread over multiple levels that feel like separate apartments, with nice landscaping and outdoor space.

The house was wonderful. And the homeowners were frendly and warm. Hyannis Port is a great place to walk and meet people. We've been coming to the Cape for over 40 years and this was our best vacation there.

Lovely Cape Cod home

My family and I spent 5 wonderful days at this lovely home in Hyannisport. The owners have done a great job with the decor and landscaping. It's perfect for a family with young children as there is a wooden spiral staircase that leads to a cute wooden twin bedroom that feels like you are on a boat. Kids would love it (mine were a little old, but there were other rooms for them). From there you can go up to the widow's watch which is a great place for a cocktail. The owner was very conscientious emailing and calling me to make sure that all my questions were answered. All in all, you won't be disappointed staying here.
