Living room, tastfully decorated with a Mexican flare, includes a 45” flat screen TV and Netflix on firestick. The living room has sliding glass windows on two sides and our casita will look down upon a tropical garden with fountain. There is a private patio which leads to the thrid floor mirador with spectacular views of the lake and mountains. This is the perfect place for enjoying a margarita, warm breezes and sunsets, gatherings with friends or other guests.

Amenities include off-street parking for a small vehicle, free Wifi, satellite TV and a shared laundry room. Your casita is ideally located just one minute walk from the Lake, five minutes to Ajijic's Wednesday market and pleasant 15 minute walk along cobblestone streets to Ajijic Plaza where you'll find a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and galleries.

The rate includes electricity, gas and a purified water system. A telephone is available for international calls.
