AFFORDABLE! sleeps 1 or 12 OF YOUR FAMILY.

This is our new/used home away from home. We lost our previous house due to Hurricane Harvey. (see pictures) It is not new, fancy but home to us. Our home is clean, comfortable, relaxing, roomy and AFFORTABLE! I supply you with an affordable place to stay and you help me pay for my current home due to me losing it in Hurricane Harvey, You help me by staying in my home with taxes and maintenance. I can share my house with you and your family. My mobile home is seating on 1 acre so your kids can play in the front yard. I have plenty of parking and room for your fishing boat. Before our lost (Hurricane Harvey) my parents came and stayed for weeks to get away. We had many church outings here, we had father and sons fishing events here. It has been a few months we got our place up and running. We give God all the glory and honor because he got us a used mobile home (8 yrs old) for our family again. I also want to thank FEMA, 1st Baptist church, Red Cross and many others who have help. We are 1/4 from Copano bay for way fishing, 5 miles from Rockport beach and 33 miles to Corpus Christi. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a temper pedic mattress, and also queen size bed seating on the carpet floor maybe kids sleep on it. A full dresser with mirror, a 40" tv with a HDMI hook up for videos or games for kids. One whole family can stay in that room. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and a single bed. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and a single bed with a 40" tv with a HDMI hook up for videos or games for kids. Living room has a pull out full size bed. We also have a self electric air filled single size air mattress. All you have to do is plug it in. This is all our sleeping area. You can have 12 adults sleep comfortable. I have a full complete kitchen. Living room has a sectional leather sofa with one size having the recliner and the other side has the fold out bed. 60" Color TV. I have Roku setup. We have a septic tank so please don t throw no paper in toilet, I have one inconvenience and that is "you have to throw out your own trash" I take the trash to the public park trash cans. I ask no smoking in trailer and no cleaning fish on property. Please take care of our place. ……………………………………YOU BLESS ME AND I"LL BE A BLESSING TO YOU. This is a update, I am not greedy, I have low prices so before you set foot in my home DON'T BRING EXTRA GUEST WITHOUT PAYING FOR THEM. Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

(NO EXTRA GUEST) Don’t sneak anyone extra with out paying, that is called stealing. Those are grounds for instant termination with no refunds!

You have to take out your own trash from the property when you leave. I have no trash service. This is a must or you will be charge $200 extra.

A Coastal Gem

This property is a prime location for seclusion and privacy while being minutes from the beach and less than an hour from Corpus. The property owner treated us with the utmost respect and couldn’t have rented a better place for my large family.

Good morning our stay was just okay. It took the house 8 hours to cool down and even then it was cooler out side in the Texas heat of the evening than it was inside the house. When we walked in and opened one of the doors the bottom fell apart. And one of the cabinets is missing a door. I reached out to the property manager/owner and was told to wait for the house to cool. I also sent him pictures of the door and he said that it was fine. Later I was told that an addition 150 was due to cover the cost of the addition people. Apparently this was not booked correctly... But when given a final quote the additional 150 was not on there but we were still charged. This was charged not as an additional fee but as a damage claim by the property manager/owner. No damage was done to the property at all and we left it cleaner than we found it.

Great Stay

Worked out great for our stay. Great for parking the cars and boat. If your looking for a decent place to stay for the cost, this is your place. Owner was great to work with also.

Great place for families!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house. The kids didn’t want to leave! Lots of space in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very well kept and clean. We did our best to leave it that way. Jimmy is very kind and didn’t ask for much. We’ll definitely be back!

nice house

Over all the house was nice; had issues with the A/C, when we arrived it was not cooling off the house after we unpacked, but we also thought that it was because we were going in and out. We did go to Walmart and purchase 2 fans to help cool the 2 main bedrooms. Tuesday when we got back from the beach the house was hot; Jimmy really worked hard to get the A/C working, even had 2 different services come out (the 1st wanted to wait until Wednesday morning to repair).

Rockport home

We were a group of 12 that came to Rockport to volunteer with All Hands and Hearts helping with recovery work from Hurricane Harvey. This home was perfect for us as a base to return to for showers and a place to sleep and relax after a long hot day of work. The home accommodations worked well for our group.

I'm from Houston but Rockport is where my dad was born so I've been coming since I was a baby which is 62 yrs ago. I work a lot so I come here once a month just to get away. I go to the Hooks Baseball games because I'm a Astros fan. Go Stros! I invite my friends a lot and tell them to bring the kids so they can enjoy the beach. I am a bless man so I want to share my blessing with you. IF YOU HAVE KIDS AND HAVE A LOW INCOME, LET ME BE A BLESSING TO YOU AND WE CAN WORK SOMETHING OUT. CHURCH GROUPS ARE WELCOME. I feel this way I can share my home with you and you can be a blessing to me with extra income for me.

This property was purchase by my mom and dad in 1983. This property was passed down to me. The original place was a 5 bedroom two bath home. It totally got destroyed by Hurricane Harvey AND WE HAD NO INSURANCE. This new place is a new chapter in our lives.
