Myself and My Wife Had a great time while we were therethe Place was clean and well kept. Seeing the Deer"s out the front window made for a perfcect sunday morning. what a way to end or stay at the RED BARN INN.

We thought it was so cute online and a great location. Yet it was much more adorable in person. You have paths you can walk right in the backyard and the town is only a 10 min drive. We were all excited to get back to the Red Barn Inn after hiking El Capitan and Glacier Point. Highly recommend

Cute little barn stay

Absolutely loved our stay at the barn in Mariposa – peaceful, charming, and beautifully maintained.The hosts thought of every detail, making it feel like a true home away from home.Waking up to nature and stargazing at night made it a perfect countryside escape.

Sweet cottage

Hosts, John & Lisa, provided many special details that made our stay enjoyable & comfortable. Mariposa is a charming town and the property is conveniently located an hour away from Yosemite. The front porch is a relaxing place for hanging out after hiking all day.

The best place to stay!

This little red barn is so sweet! Its clean and well stocked with everything you need. They even have coolers and walking sticks and chairs for your outdoor adventures. If you're lucky enough to meet John and Lisa you may even get some of their garden tomatoes and cucumbers. We will be back!

Beautiful place! Amazing location! John and Lisa’s place was immaculate and very thoughtfully designed with every comfort of home in mind:). Our family enjoyed the awesome views of the mountains as we pulled into the property. We enjoyed walking trails, while my kids climbed boulders right on this property behind the rental! Easy distance to Yosemite National Park! John and Lisa were quick to respond and very helpful! Definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!!

Cozy Cottage

Great location for Yosemite trip! Clean! Well stocked! Owner very accommodating! Gave unsolicited opportunity for early check in. Provided direct contact if needed during stay. The perfect place to rest up from a busy life!

The Red Barn Inn is a wonderful little cottage to stay in. Whether you are resting up from the chaos of life, wish to hike around local trails, wander through the adorable town of Mariposa or visit Yosemite. I have enjoyed every moment here. Every area of the home is stocked with anything you need to have a comfortable stay. John and Lisa are a delight and I plan to return as soon as I am able.

Great National Park Location

Excellent property with access to multiple National Parks (Yosemite, Kings Canyon, Sequoia). Owner was very responsive to needs. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing

The Little Red Barn Inn is outstanding! The property is beautifully landscaped, with flowers and huge rocks, a sanctuary for birds, and lots of privacy! When you walk in the door you will feel at home! The furnishings are beautiful and there is everything you need to do your own cooking or grilling. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has lots of pressure and hot water. The host’s are very helpful and friendly! They have thought of every detail to make your stay amazing! We were here for 4 nights and visited Yosemite! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back in the future!

Yosemite base camp

This was the perfect place for us to stay to visit Yosemite National Park. Everything was as shown in the pictures and descriptions. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner and rest after long days hiking.

Home away from home

The Red Barn Inn is a perfect place to stay. It's super clean and comfortable. The location worked great for our visit to Yosemite. We felt so peaceful and relaxed there. The hosts are excellent and very good communicators. We would highly recommend this property.

I was born and raised in Yosemite and have wonderful memories to share about growing up there. Memories of watching the fire fall from my front yard in the Ahwahnee meadow, learning to rock climb from now famous Royal Robbins and Warren Harding. It was a great place to grown up. My wife is a city girl from LA and moved to Mariposa in 1988.
