Cosy rustic style bach with great views of the sea. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 in the main house, with one queen bed and 1 single bed. The other bedroom is accessed from the outside staircase and has a queen bed also. It is a short walk down the road to either Breaker Bay or Kaiteriteri and not a long drive to the beginning of the Abel Tasman Track or Split Apple Rock Beach Track. There is a great mountain biking park a short pedal away. Amazing bird life and plenty to see and do. Sea kayaking, boating, hiking, mountain biking all first class and handy. The crystal clear waters and golden sand beaches with native bush make it a great holiday. CAN come with BOAT MOORING in Kaiteriteri main bay for period in mid JAN 2023 - check with owner for dates + cost. (13th-20th are the mooring dates) Things to note: the driveway/access is steep and narrow. There is only room for 1 car, however there is space down the drive and across the road. The property is quite steep and young children would need to be watched if they are venturing further into the garden..... as it is quite the drop off to the road below. All quests need to bring their own bedding (unless requested) and towels.

The outdoor furniture was fantastic for a snooze by day and to eat looking out over the sea. We were joined by tuis sipping from the flax flowers, a few bell birds and a cheeky weka who wanders out of the ferns, At night we were ;lucky to have a new moon which meant we had dark skies and could see satellites. The most impressive were the trains of newly released Starlink satellites sailing overhead. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped for baking as well as having a BBQ.

Lovely quiet spot with good views
The property was clean and very well stocked with everything you’d need in a home away from home. A peaceful get away. We had some very hot days peaking around 29 degrees Centigrade and with no heat pump for air conditioning it become very hot in the house. We would’ve kept the doors/windows open for airflow at night but then all natures insects wanted in also. The smaller downstairs room had a humming above it that would keep noise sensitive people awake. We couldn’t hear it in the master. The TV wasn’t tuned and when I contacted owner he said it should work. I tried every input with no luck. All up these things are price reflective and we are very happy with our stay. We would definelty stay again!

Great views and privacy within walking distance of the beach
Good old Kiwi Bach with fabulous views of the water. Well stocked kitchen (we cooked for 5 people easily) and comfy beds. Steep driveway but the views made it worth it. Excellent value. Would totally recommend.
