2 large rooms upstairs with bathroom, bathtub and toilet. Massive living area downstairs with kitchen and living area, with laundry and dryer. 10 kms to city and short drive to river and Fremantle. Great location, close to major shopping centre Garden City. Quite location. Washing machine, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine available. Large oven, microwave, big fridge / freezer. Minimum 2 nights. Linen and towels provided. You will not be disappointed. Plenty of parking.
