Just what we needed for our family of 3, a spacious apartment centrally located. Close to good restaurants, CBD and access to free buses. The pool and gym was an added bonus and the apartment was nice and clean. The host was also super friendly and helpful.
Just what we needed. Comfortable, central location, close to 'everything'. Very easy check in, prompt replies, everything we needed, very clean, highly recommended. We'll be back one day, thank you!
Kris is great to deal with, property is not new but comfortable and clean. Off street secure parking, accessible with 2 lifts. Great location for Perth CBD easy to get to and lots within walking distance.
We enjoyed a great stay and Krisadi was an excellent host. He met us early at the apartment which was greatly appreciated and gave us a number of helpful recommendations for places to go locally. The apartment was clean and spacious and very well equipped but I would have appreciated nicer bedding. Take ear plugs as the apartment is next to a busy road - they definitely helped. I’d recommend staying here when in Perth.
This property has all you need for an extended stay in Perth. Centrally located, close to coffee, groceries, food and transport. Comfortable and clean. We particularly appreciated the desk and computer - a very thoughtful and helpful inclusion for a business trip.

The place was in a great location, I felt that the place had not been cleaned prior to our check in and maybe there could be an information pack done up with what's available where to eat close by etc.
Unit was in a great location with a cafe downstairs and shop. Very secure and spacious. Great having an allocated car park. The unit could have been cleaner and needs more pillows

Location was good, cleanliness was poor there was long black hairs all over both bathrooms, the patio furniture was filthy we spent ages cleaning it, the owner came and knocked on the door to clean an hour before check out and only one key for three adults
This was perfect for our stay. The two seperate rooms and bathrooms was part of my wish list when looking for somewhere to stay with my adult son. Very convenient location, with nearby supermarkets for supplies and restaurants. Ideal spot to get around. The apartment was just as advertised. No issues with cleanliness or supplies. Kris was lovely to deal with and would absolutely stay here again if we come to Perth again.
