We had the best time staying at this beautiful house. A group of 13 stayed and the place was so clean and something for everyone to do, we loved every second, we look forward to staying here again soon!!

Very nice house and stay

Was great for a large family with plenty of open space, great pool and amenities. AC in each area and room was perfect for the hot days. Would recommend this property and great service

Fabulous house in a great location

A beautiful clean comfortable property in a serene location. Birds and kangaroos were plentiful. The games room added some extra fun.

Mums weekend away

A great house for a large group. Nice quiet location. Lots of space for a large group to share a meal and spread out and chat. Easy cab ride to local restaurant for dinner. Nicely decorated and furnished. Very comfortable.

Perfect Family Stay

The property had everything we needed for our family weekend. Our adults children loved the games room.The fire and spacious living area and veranda allowed all 12 of us celebrate and love on our mum/nannas 80 birthday. We had an amazingly relaxed and carefree weekend! All the little extras were noticed and appreciated - local bottle of wine & olive oil & water in coffee machine

Reunion

We booked this property for a reunion of friends. The property looked amazing on the listing and didn’t disappoint. The dining, living and kitchen area is amazing. Such a great space to connect and relax. The cleanliness and comfort of the property was exceptional. Would definitely recommend this property.

My sons' wedding weekend

We were very impressed with the property. It was well equipped with everything we could need. Absolutely perfect for our family on the weekend of the wedding! We have some fabulous photos of the Groom & Groomsmen getting ready on the day. And the day after the wedding was spent relaxing by the pool & having fun in the Games Room, absolutely perfect.

Girls weekend away

This house was superb! From the moment you open the doors you are wowed by the cleanliness and all the space it provided. I have never stayed at a holiday home with a kitchen so well stocked with equipment to use. The pool was beautiful, clean and such a tranquil setting to relax and enjoy the company of friends. Will definitely be coming back with my family or with another group of friends.

Great family getaway!

We booked Dolina for an extended family getaway. There was plenty of space for everyone. The guest barn was a great addition to give that extra space and allow people some time out from the main house. The games room provided endless entertainment. Dolina is in a fantastic location with beautiful views. We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony. It’s quiet and peaceful yet close to all the Hunter Valley has to offer. It would be great to come in the warmer months to make use of the pool.

Attended a wedding.

The property was well presented and appointed. I did feel it was overpriced which I believe is underpinned by the fact it is in a popular area for weddings and guests have limited choices available to them.

Wonderful stay

This house was perfect. We were 14 long lost friends catching up. We loved how all the beds could be made into singles. We loved the quality of the house and furnishings. Communication with Hunter Valley Stays was clear, thorough and accomodating to our requests. The view of the pool in the morning was lovely. The games room was an amazing extra that we all enjoyed. Everyone had an enjoyable easy time. 100% recommend.

Amazing

I booked this property with a bunch of girlfriends to celebrate my 30th birthday and boy did it deliver! From the beginning, communication with the host was easy and there was always a quick reply to any questions I had. The house was beautiful and clean, with a kitchen full of all the appliances you could ever need. The beds were extremely comfortable with air conditioning in every room ensuring we all had a good nights sleep. And to top it off, the views were spectacular! Each day we watched kangaroos hop through the property as we sat by the pool or on the deck. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!

Surprise

The actual house was as expected but the addition accommodation was an unpleasant surprise. It is a shed with roller doors on the outside with a curtain covering the roller doors on the inside them on the inside. It was noisy and felt like being in a very temporary building and not as advertised on the website.

Nice break with family

The property was very comfortable and set up well for a family holiday. It was incredibly hot and the air con held up beautifully. The pool and games room were fantastic and all the bedrooms were lovely. The only negatives were - the barn was actually a converted garage and although it was a nice conversion it was still a garage partitioned off with thick curtains so it was a little different to what we had expected. Whilst the inside of the property was nicely done, the outside was different to the pictures on the website and a little underwhelming. This had not been helped by the very dry conditions which left everything looking brown, dry and dusty. Interestingly this wasn't the case for other properties in the area . We had a great time and really appreciated the nice touches like the xmas decorations and generous supply of towels etc. We just wish we had a prettier view which you often get in the Hunter Valley.

The host was helpful and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great but the house is pretty basic. The outdoor furniture is cheap and needed a good clean. The dining room table was covered in a cheap plastic covering as if the hosts were preparing for pre-schoolers to paint! The

Perfect Setting

This is a perfect property for large groups. The fact you can request all beds to be in single bed config is rare in properties accommodating 12+ people. The setting is beautiful and it's a short walk across the road to Wandin Estate where we had a yummy lunch. Everything was catered for and any queries we had were answered promptly. Love this house

“Great place for 5 couples to spend a weekend away. Highly recommend dining at the winery across the road while there. The pool was even made use of even though the weather was cold. My 2nd time staying here and would definitely come again...great for families too with a pool table and the new addition of the pool.
