Set across five private acres in the heart of Lovedale, Olivier House is a luxury Hunter Valley Stay designed for unforgettable group gatherings and celebrations, wedding weekends, girls getaways and relaxed country escapes.

Perfectly positioned close to Lovedale’s celebrated wedding venues, cellar doors, restaurants and golf courses, this spacious house offers seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, multiple living areas, an accessibility suite, and beautifully landscaped gardens - an inviting base for families and friends to come together in the Hunter Valley.

Inside and out, the home has been crafted for easy, social living. Guests can enjoy a sparkling swimming pool, games room with pool table, bocce court, table tennis, giant outdoor chess set and expansive outdoor entertaining spaces. The country style kitchen features a 16 seat dining table, a Nespresso coffee machine for slow mornings, and an effortless flow between indoor and outdoor living.

One of the property’s most charming touches is its small flock of happy hens, offering guests the simple pleasure of collecting fresh eggs each morning perfect for long, unhurried breakfasts shared with family and friends.

With warm interiors, combustion fireplaces and generous proportions throughout, Olivier House feels both refined and welcoming, equally suited to wedding guest accommodation, milestone celebrations and long awaited reunions in wine country.

This property caters effortlessly to all ages - whether you’re curling up with a good book in a quiet corner, challenging family and friends to a game of pool, or hosting long, leisurely lunches that stretch well into the afternoon.

Olivier House is a private residence available for accommodation only. The property and grounds are not suitable for onsite weddings or functions. Any third parties wishing to visit the property must seek permission from the Owner / Hunter Valley Stays prior to the booking being accepted. Bucks and hens gatherings or parties are not permitted.

The combustion fireplaces are available for use from May to September inclusive, with firewood supplied during these months.

This rural property is protected by 24hr security cameras.

TARIFF
Weekend – minimum two nights, for up to 14 guests is $1921 per night (Thursday-Sunday)
Midweek – minimum two nights, for up to 14 guests $1441 per night (Monday-Wednesday)

Additional guest fee (adults or children) is at $106 per person per night
Infants 2 years and under no charge 

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $2000 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24-48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time. 

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 4 nights and over.

NOTES

A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
