Located in the quiet enclave of Nulkaba, Fletcher House is a beautiful, 6 Bedroom 2.5 Bath property on five park-like acres with views of both the Watagan and Brokenback mountains. Perfect for your next large group family holiday, milestone celebration or wedding accommodation, this home will accommodate up to 12 guests and is furnished in an elegant contemporary country style.
Fletcher House features a large light-filled open-plan dining and living areas with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stove and Expressi coffee machine with views out to the pool. The kitchen and dining areas open out to a large covered outdoor entertaining area with bbq and pizza oven so you can enjoy the best of the outdoors both day and night with a glass of Hunter vino in hand. This is a property to be enjoyed all year round with reverse-cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans to living and sleeping areas.
Only 8 minutes to the Hunter Valley Gardens, 4 mins to Hunter Valley Zoo, and 6 minutes walk to Simply Divine Nursery where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, or Potters Hotel Brewery for lunch or dinner and taste their craft beers. Ernest Hill Wines, Hungerford Hill Wines, Muse Restaurant, Peterson’s Champagne House are all under a 5 minute drive from the home.
The games room boasts a pool table, table tennis and a 50” TV, so sink back and relax in the comfy sofas and bean bags and catch your favourite movie.
For the warmer months, lounge beside the sparkling in-ground pool and take in the views of the manicured lawns, dam, fruit orchard and olive trees. This large yard is pet friendly which means your best four-legged friend doesn’t have to miss out on all that Fletcher House has to offer!
Please note that this property IS pet friendly; we permit a maximum of 2 dogs at the property at any one time. A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets.
Please note that this property does NOT have Wi-Fi.
For those that are staying a little longer, the property is equipped with a full guest laundry.

Additional children 2-13 years $64 per person per night
Infants under 2 years free of charge
A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets.
Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1000 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.
