New Bungalow with view of South River!

Downtown Annapolis is just 6 miles away and offers cultural attractions, bars and restaurants, historical tours and access to the Naval Academy. There is a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress in the master bedroom and a comfortable full size bed in the guest bedroom. The large, open great room offers a Frontgate premium automatic Queen air-bed. There are plenty of new linens! The bathroom is accessible from the bedrooms and common space through a pocket door with bright natural lighting and subway/arabesque tiling. The custom kitchen is generously equipped with an island with four bar stools, cooking utensils, pots/pans/frying pans, flatware, dishes, glassware, refrigerator, microwave, range, coffee maker, and toaster. There are no pets permitted in this unit.

In support of the global effort to conserve energy resources utilizing reasonable practices, we have installed Ecobee “smart” thermostats in all of our listings that the guests can also control. The thermostats are preset with a maximum heating setting of 72 degrees and a minimum cooling setting of 72 degrees.

The Sylvan Shores neighborhood has a new, large swimming platform on the South River which offers fun for kids and adults. Easily walk or use the neighborhood water access to kayak or SUP to Mikes Crab House, a popular seafood restaurant that you can view from your deck. The area is well served by Lyft and Uber and I’ll also give you my “insider” parking tips to make driving to Annapolis City easier.
