Conveniently located to the interstate for overnight travelers just passing through, business workers, or anyone coming to visit Lexington! 4 miles from downtown, 4 miles to Hamburg, 5 miles from University of KY, 9 miles to KY Horse Park, 12 miles to airport. We have Uber and Lyft ride sharing services in Lexington and I have free and discounted codes for new users. The townhome is a spacious 2BR, 2.5BA filled with sports collectibles, memorabilia, & local artists paintings. Stocked with snacks, cookware. Sleeps 8-11. Master Bedroom: Queen size sleeps 2, BR2: 2 Full size beds sleep 4, Living Room: Full size Futon sleeps 2, couch sleeps 1, queen size air mattress as well sleeps 2.

This property was perfect for our stay while attending an event at the Kentucky Horse Park. The house is roomy and comfortable, the neighborhood is peaceful, and the owner has thought of everything!We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!
Perfect location to visit the horse farms. Super clean and the owner goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Also gave us good ideas where to eat and visit.
This house had everything we needed and so much more! Lots of space, great location to everything we visited, super clean, quiet neighborhood, great experience!
Everything about this stay was perfect. Listing was accurate, the home is in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 min drive from everything, appreciated all the amenities and extras Albert provided, and he was extremely responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and well equipped. Loved the sports decor. Owner was very communicative and easy to talk to.

I stayed at this place because I had a project I needed to supervise, and this apartment was the perfect choice, it was equipped with everything you need, it was clean and spacious.
Convenient to everything you could need…great for UK events and big enough for the family. Also, the house is stocked with everything you could need for a stay. Thanks for thinking of travelers.

These are the very first words of the first sentence in the property description. I can’t be anymore transparent about that. When you look at the property you can see the proximity of the highway on the map. They are putting up noise reduction walls on the interstate I’m the city but haven’t made down to this neighborhood yet. Light sleepers will hear the traffic, others don’t from the master bedroom closest to the highway. The other bedroom most don’t hear it at all except perhaps a wreck, ambulance, police, just like any other big city.
A clean, nicely appointed, very comfortable property that is conveniently located. The owner clearly has gone the extra miles to ensure guest comfort and welcome.ensure
Great location for our weekend at the Kentucky Horse Park. Nice property with a lot of hospitality. They thought of everything you could possible need if you forgot something at home, it was there for you to use. Will definitely stay here again.
