Oceanfront cottage with WOW views and on the BEACH!!!
This duplex is as close on the beach as you can get! Right on the beach! From the living room window, you can watch the dolphins swim by. It is charmingly decorated and comfortable. THIS LISTING IS FOR ONE SIDE OF THE DUPLEX ONLY. EACH SIDE HAS TWO BEDROOMS AND ONE BATH. Oceanfront bed has a Queen bed in it and a single bed. The other bedroom has a full bed and single. A Smart TVs one in the oceanside bedroom and the other in the Main living area. A great place for a work and play vacation. The other half of the property is carried under VRBO 7364153 and you can see that this property has gotten 5-star ratings for years too! If you want to rent both sides please check availability under the number 7364153 as well. If you choose we welcome you to bring a magnet from your town or state for the refrigerator- I think it will be fun to see where we all visit from. And when you come back you can watch it grow! Welcome to our vacation home! We hope you will love it as much as we do! We have rented his duplex for years and fell in love with the lure of Amelia, The former owner had 17 years of 5-star reviews and with great improvements, 5-star reviews continue. Come be our guests and enjoy the view.
Why they chose this property
We have stayed here for years - it was our home away from home! We loved the easy beachfront access. Best shark teeth and long flat clean beach. The 93 restaurants, farmers market, and the charming downtown are close by. Fort Clinch is less than a mile. This duplex cottage is clean, neat and all you need for a great stay!
