** Please Note - A neighbouring home to 'Old Dunsborough Beach House' is currently being demolished to make way for construction of a new home. As a result there will be construction noise coming from the neighbouring land until the build is completed (minimum of 12 months)
Nightly tariffs for Low and Mid Season's have been reduced by 20%.
The upstairs open plan living and kitchen have been renovated and the balcony extended to taken in the views over Geographe Bay, East to Bunbury and North to Curtis Bay.
The extensive grassed area and garden is easily accessed via the external stairs from the alfresco balcony.
Master Bedroom and En-suite are upstairs with the remaining four bedrooms downstairs, with the main bathroom, and laundry.
Perfect holiday home for families, easy walk to the 'Old Dunsborough Boat Ramp',
