A short walk to Sorrento Park, Hotel Sorrento and to Sorrento Village, where your day will be fulfilled visiting the boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and the award winning Intercontinental Hotel. you may even wish to take a trip on the Queenscliff ferry. Ducted heating & split system air-conditioning throughout.

A grand tiled entry with attractive modern art, leads you to the large open plan living area located at the rear of the property with exceptional glass bi fold doors that bring the entire outdoor entertaining area indoors. You will have nothing but an abundance of space to entertain all your family & friends. The pool, sunlounges, casual table and chairs, portico ceiling fan, outdoor dining table & chairs, umbrella & BBQ. The backyard is fully fenced & gated. A tasteful palette of furnishings & appliances are meticulously appointed in the kitchen, meals & living areas. The gourmet kitchen is a pleasure to utilise, so much space, cupboards, equipped with quality appliances and accessories. The adjoining butlers pantry is a superb bonus for extra preparation. A large dining table to seat 12.
The open plan area is cooled by a split system air-conditioner, the living area provides comfort with a leather modular lounge facing the warming gas wall mounted fireplace, delightful in the cooler months, the reverse side of this room provides a second living area with a second lounge suite, fireplace & a large wall mounted smart TV. Wi-Fi is provided.
Adjoining the butlers pantry is the fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, storage & cleaning appliances.
Bedroom 5 with a Queen bed, dual entry ensuite with a separate toilet, full shower & double vanity, split system air-conditioner, wall mounted smart TV.
