We offer 3 bedrooms and a full office room, the Master with a King size bed and the other two bedrooms both with a Queen size bed. We'll be able to accommodate 6 guests comfortably.
Our vacation home is conveniently located 1.5 miles outside highway loop 1604 within a few minutes of San Antonio's greatest attractions: SIX FLAGS FIESTA TEXAS, SEAWORLD, La CANTERA GOLF CLUB, The SHOPS at LA CANTERA, GOLF PALMER COURSE, TOP GOLF, UTSA, DOWNTOWN, THE RIVER WALK & THE ALAMO, and our world class MEDICAL CENTER. Our guests do have access to the beautiful community Swimming Pool, Basketball Court and Kids Playground. Many restaurants, medical clinic, and groceries within 5 minutes of the house. The San Antonio Spurs NBA basketball AT&T arena is only 20 minutes away!

Our standard discounted rates are based on 4 guests, any additional guests (up to 6 total) will incur a $25 charge per additional guest per night, to compensate for additional cleaning, laundry and utilities expenses.

My husband and I have been married for 38 years. We have been San Antonio residents since 1988... We love this city!! While we are both dedicated to our corporate jobs, we do place a strong value on quality time with our family and friends. As Owners/Managers of this vacation home, we have worked very hard to provide you with the ideal "Home Away from Home." Aside from that, providing our guests with THE BEST customer service is our Top Priority.

Owners personally manage this property which sits in a wonderful and quiet area. The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms & 1 separate office room, large living room, dining room, two full baths, fully equipped kitchen includes basic cooking supplies, 3 TV sets with free Internet included, washer/dryer, water softener, 1 car garage, additional outside parking, free guest access to our beautiful large community pool, kids playground and basketball hoop area.

This home is within walking distance of the subdivision's swimming pool, and playground. 12 minutes away from Fiesta Texas, 25 minutes away from SeaWorld, 5 minutes to supermarket HEB PLUS. Also nearby is Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Target, James Avery, and a wide array of great restaurants. We are located within 1.5 miles of The University of Texas at San Antonio. Medical facilities and hospitals available within 15minutes are also available.
