Welcome to your home away from home at Wish Upon A Starfish!

This newly decorated home is located in the beautiful Bahama Bay Resort in Davenport Florida. The resort offers amenities such as heated swimming pools, jacuzzi, kids splash pad, picnic areas, fishing dock, nature trails,restaurant, and a white sand beach overlooking Lake Davenport.

Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom consists of a king size bed, dresser, night stand, TV, master bathroom, and private balcony. The 2nd bedroom consists of a queen bed, dresser, night stand, and TV. The 3rd bedroom consists of a kids themed room with 2 twin beds, dresser, night stand, and TV. The spacious living room consists of a sofa, loveseat, and 55" TV. The kitchen has all major appliances and utensils needed to cook a meal. Coffee maker, toaster, blender, and can opener are also available. This condo also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. 2 pack and play, high chair, and stroller are also available for your use during your stay.

Wonderful Property for Disney Vacation

This Bahama Bay condo went above and beyond mine and my family’s expectations. The place was beautiful and comfortable. The host, Laura, was very kind and available if needed. We stayed here for our Disney Vacation and the resort was only 15-17 minutes away! 10/10 recommend! 😀

Perfect condo for our family trip to Disney!

We had such a wonderful stay and this condo was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and nicely furnished/decorated, just as it appears in the pictures. This was our first time staying in the Bahama Bay Resort and we absolutely loved it! The condo is a 2nd floor unit in a building that is very close to the main pool in the back of the resort with the pool bar/grille. We LOVED this pool, great drinks, food and the scenery there is just so beautiful with views of the lake. There is also a sandy area and the condo has some sand toys for the kids to play with in one of the closets, as well as some pool noodles. There was also plenty of pool towels. We drove to Disney 3 of the days and it took about 25-35 minutes for us. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well as Publix/Walmart for grocery needs. The condo was stocked with some household items (toilet paper, paper towel, laundry soap, etc) to get us started, as mentioned in listing. Communication with Laura, the property manager, was great! I had a few questions before the trip that she answered quickly. During the trip, we did have an issue with the master shower not draining. I texted Laura about it and she very quickly had someone out to fix it the very next day. She was very responsive and pleasant to talk to. Only somewhat negative thing was the air freshener smell was strong (we have allergies). Easily remidied by unplugging and letting some fresh air in. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again!!!

Disney trip

We loved our stay, the location was a short distance from Disney, we built in “relax days” in between our park days and the pool and splash pad were perfect for my 7 year old; she also loved the condo as it felt very cozzy and comfortable. Checking in was very easy. There are many eating options nearby; overall experience was great, will stay here again.

The property was exactly as advertised. Great location to Disney parks. Easy check in. Only one issue with TV remotes which was handled very quickly with Laura the property manager. Very quick with responses and communication. When we’re returning again we will definitely book this property.

Perfect place for our Disney Trip

We really enjoyed this property for our family of 5- just perfect with three nice bedrooms, a separate bath area for the kids, and a nice bathroom in the master. Bahama Bay property is also well maintained. My youngest kids loved sleeping in the Moana room and we loved the beach feel of the whole place. We were so busy at the parks and visiting the gulf on one day of the trip that we didn't even use the restaurant on property or even the pools! This is a great place and would we definitely return!

Great option for a Disney family vacation!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Theming in the condo is beautiful. The proximity to the pool was amazing; especially after long Disney park day! Highly recommend this condo for family Disney vacations. Communication was very prompt and pleasant.

Great Condo, great location

This condo was perfect for a family trip. It was clean, in a great location, and with nice amenities. We spent the day at the parks and then came to the condo. The girls were able to swim while we cooked dinner. We also captured some Instagram worthy pictures while on the man made beach and at the pool. Beds were comfortable. Dishes, cookware, etc were provided. One night we ordered take out and the driver was able to locate us with ease. We enjoyed so much that we decided to stay one extra day the morning of our departure day. The owner was extremely efficient and courteous at the request to stay an extra night. Overall, condo is great.

Centrally located to many attractions

We stayed at the condo with our daughter, son in law, and 2 grandchildren. The condo is beautifully decorated and the girls loved their room. We were a very short walk from the pool and restaurant. The pool was clean and the temperature was ideal. The food at the restaurant we good. Our only issue was that we couldn't get the temperature in the condo to drop below 82 degrees

Great Stay!

The condo is located right near the pool area that also has the lake beach and Tiki Bar. Very convenient. The resort area is quiet and all units have a fairly private view of the grounds. The condo is nicely decorated and has a bigger feel with the high ceilings. Will certainly stay again!

Blessed At Bahama Bay

We had a wonderful week at this condo and the resort is beautiful! The condo was in a great location and definitely exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the pool and used the walking path almost every day! The resort is nice & quiet but is also very close to lots of good restaurants, within just a few minutes drive. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive! Thank you to Laura & her family for sharing their blessings with us! We are excited to be going back again in the Spring!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our daughter's college softball team stays at this resort, so that is what brought us here. We liked the location of the unit because it was very close to the pool, beach area and Tradewinds restaurant. We didn't get a chance to eat there but the pool bar service was good. It is obvious the owner Laura has been making updates to her property with new paint/decor, appliances and some of the flooring. Even though it was just two of us, we love the value of having our "own" place when we vacation. Communication with Laura was very easy and she always responded quickly. Even when I forgot clothing items she had them shipped to me promptly!! Thank-you so much!
