Comfortable and Convenient Disney Area Vacation Property - Bahama Bay Resort

This Bahama Bay Resort 1232 sq. ft., 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on the second floor of building #36, set amongst 70 lush acres on the south shore of Lake Davenport. There is a set of stairs to access the second floor.The recently renovated condo is spacious and well appointed with all the conveniences of a home away from home. There is even a pool adjacent to the condo for those quick dips on a hot day. Condo amenities include air conditioning, televisions in each room, a fully appointed kitchen, 2 balconies, and an in-unit washer/dryer . Comfortable queen-sized beds are standard in the master bedroom and first guest bedroom, while the second guest bedroom features two single beds. Additional sleeping space is available via a sleeper-sofa that opens up in the living room.

With plenty of room to spread out, guests will love the spacious living/dining-room areas along with access to a screened-in balcony housing a table and chairs. For added family convenience, there is even a highchair, stroller, portable play pen, along with toys/games for the little ones.

Bahama Bay is a security gated resort that hosts a variety of activities including nature trails, tennis, basketball, table tennis, pool tables, beach volleyball, fishing, 4 pools/hot tubs, white sand beach, kids splash pad and pool, day spa, and Tradewinds restaurant and bar located adjacent to one of the larger pools on Lake Davenport.

The resort is located south of the Disney parks. Depending on which parks you visit, the condo is approximately a 20 to 40 minute drive away. Disney Magic Kingdom is 13.5 miles away. There are many other attractions in the area and you are approximately a 1 hour drive from the Atlantic and Gulf coast beaches.

Various grocery stores and restaurants are 2 to 3 miles away providing many shopping and dining options.

Bahama Bay Resort is truly a relaxing oasis close enough to many attractions and far enough away to be your own tropical hideaway.

Gated community and condo exceeded our expectations. The condo was very spacious, well-directed, and exactly what my husband and I needed for a quick getaway. Eric was polite, prompt in communication, and impressed us throughout. The starter kit for the condo was a thoughtful touch, and the resort amenities were excellent. Multiple pools, beautiful grounds for walks, a 24/7 gym, and more. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely property, excellent visit

The grounds at the property are beautiful, and we greatly enjoyed using the walking paths. While close to venues we were visiting, the property is quiet and easy to relax in.
