Your Family Friendly, Home away from Home : Pets Welcome

We are licensed by the City of Delta and are permitted to operate by the Province or British Columbia.

Ground Floor; Quiet & established neighborhood that is family orientated. Easy walking distance to amenities (500 meters), and a recreational centre with a gym, pool and sauna. Local transit is very close and only a 40min ride to down town Vancouver.

We are a close walk to the local beaches, and can arrange e-bike rentals to make it a fun trip!

Easy trip from Vancouver Airport and very close to BC Ferry.

Spend a day at the beach only a 10 min drive or 30 min walk. Come for a night or an extended stay to explore the lovely area. Weekly and Monthly discounts given; they are automatic when you book.

Children and Pets welcome.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

The suite was very cozy, clean, and had all the amenities stated in the description. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. Also, the surrounding neighborhood seemed pretty safe and quiet. We would definitely recommend this place for future guests!

Great stay in Tswassen

My family had a great stay. Our two dogs loved the yard. The house is located walking distance to a mall complex with food and grocery and coffee (Starbucks and Tim’s) communication was responded to quickly. Check in and out were easy. 100% recommend.

Nice, clean, convenient

We had a great stay here. The place was just as advertised - checkin was super easy, the place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we even learned a cool new game from their games box. The location was so close to the Tsawwassen ferry - very convenient as we were travelling from Victoria to an event in Ladner. We had everything we needed and communication with the host was very prompt. Thank you Ward, we would stay here again.

Wonderful!

Ward was super accommodating for my partner, myself and 3 large dogs! Plenty of space and a fenced yard. Nice area to get out of the busy area for your down time. Great for a chat and he has a pretty cute bird too!

Excellent family stay

Stayed for several days before we were due to fly out. We wanted somewhere that was family & pet friendly, we hit the jackpot with Ward’s place. Excellent Tsawassen

For us this was the perfect location to visit friends and sightsee the lower mainland. Location is nice and quiet, yet at walking distance from shops and restaurants. Vancouver is 30min away by car, which was fine for us. The place itself is comfortable and roomy with everything you need. Beds are good. The kids had plenty of space in the yard to play or throw some hoops in the driveway. Host was very responsive and nice to chat with. Overall very pleasant stay

Great place to stay in Tsawassen. The property was clean, had all you could need and is in a perfect quiet location, close to shops, Centennial beach and the ferry terminal. Communication with the host also went well and prompt. Overall we liked it a lot!

Wonderful stay

Ward was an excellent host. The apartment is spacy, very well equipped (laundry, dishwasher etc. ) with a view into a beautiful garden. It is quiet, parking directly in front of the apartment.

Comfortable Family Setting

Comfortable space in a beautiful neighbourhood with access to walking paths by the ocean and stores. This is a ground floor basement suite so there is noise above just to note. The hosts are very welcoming and offer quick communication when needed. The ev charger was a great plus for us! Thanks for the great stay!

Terrific location, lot's of space, well equipped, good beds

We have stayed here before but this time was particularly happy that it is a ground floor suite in a house with many trees around it. It allowed us to weather the heat dome. We walked and bird watched in the mornings and hung out inside in the afternoons. Lot's of great parks. beaches and trails within 45 minutes of the VRBO.

Quiet, spacious, clean and well located rental

We would rent from Ward again. He was an excellent communicator and very attentive host. The suite was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The location is perfect for birdwatchers. We had a great stay despite the stormy, windy, rainy weather and even got to see the snow buntings at Blackie Spit.
