Place was great. A few times could hear footsteps above us but it was only in the living area during the day and it really wasn't loud. Im always concerned about that when getting a place with someone above. Didn't cook but kitchen looked well stocked. Would stay again if in the area.

We had a great stay, location was great with parking and easy to get to. Nice and quiet. We loved the back garden and it was great to have a TV in the main bedroom. We hope to stay again for our next trip to Ladner.

Very comfortable, perfectly clean. Check-in was easy and communication was clear. No issues at all with the home or the hosts. The back yard is just as beautiful as the pictures.FYI, if you plan to drive into downtown Vancouver, budget a lot of extra time. We ran into terrible traffic on 99 leading up to the George Massey Tunnel, which doesn't surprise any local resident, but might surprise visitors.
