Here is a family-friendly holiday house with 3 bedrooms and open space for kids. Walking distance to RYE beach (RYE pier), shops and cafes. Close to the Hot Springs and Golf Course. Have a great time with Pool, Junior Tennis court Outside, and also with Table Tennis, indoor basketball game inside.

All linens for bed (sheets, pillowcase) will be provided for guest number booked, but not provided towels-so just bring your own towels.
The pool is available in summer season only. Nov-Mar(no heating system)

Unsatisfied

The use of only one shower amongst a group was totally unsatisfactory and not aware until the afternoon of taking the key. Bugs galore getting in on the floors, ants - the whole perimeter of the house needs to be fumigated for insects!

Not clean

Shower overflowed. When contacted owner all we got was "sorry for any inconvenience". We were limited to 1 and half minute showers, 30 minutes apart (to allow for the water to go down), with 6 people were using that bathroom. When cleaning up the mess when it first overflowed and flooded out of the bathroom and into the room across the hallway, there was underwear and a toothbrush cover under the bed. Makes us wonder if the house was cleaned at all. The showers were putrid with mould in the grout and the glass with soap scum and conditioner etc all over it. The tennis court was hard to use given the tree growing over the court. The gate leading downstairs needs to be fixed - we continually had to make sure the 3 year old with us couldn't escape down there and to the pool - especially given the pool gate does not work and certainly isn't compliant only being zip tied and easily turned around, therefore not locking. Nothing appears maintained. Obviously owners want to take your money but care nothing about the experience you have. Overall we were disappointed with all of the above and put quite a damper on our family weekend away.
