Island Pearl is a modern 4 bed 3.5 bath home that sleeps up to 8 guests. An easy walk to all the fabulous shops and restaurants at Times Square, as well as a short half block walk to our white sand beach. As you come up the front stairs, you are greeted by an inviting outdoor living area perfect for morning coffee, lunch, happy hour or dinner. The main floor is an open concept living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bedroom with queen bed plus a half bath. Relax in the primary bedroom with a king bed with ensuite that features both a walk-in shower and tub. There are two additional bedrooms which offer queen beds and two more bathrooms with walk-in showers. The back patio enjoys the afternoon rays, has an outdoor seating and dining area as well as a gas grill. Enjoy a swim in the heated pool. A fully fenced yard offers safety and peace of mind for you and your pets. Come see why Island Pearl will be a favorite for years to come.

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. Great Location

The property is very well located 5 minutes walk from the beach . the house is in good conditions ; but there is no access to the basement and garage inside the house. Apparently the basement and garage are under construction. There are also no beach supplies at all. Nor does it have enough beach towels or cutlery for a property of 8 people. Also one of the sofas in the living room is full of stains and dirty.; but in general we enjoyed our stay

Great Time!

Loved the location! Had a group of 8 ladies staying here and we really enjoyed the pool and close beach! Walking distance to several great restaurants and shopping. We ended up renting golf carts thou and really exploring the island! House was overall very nice. Downstairs bedroom is really small and instead of sharing the bed one of the girls slept on the couch, just too tight! Upstairs rooms are wonderful. There are many stairs! You need to walk up stairs to get into house! To access pool you have to go out the front door and down the stairs and around to the backyard. But we had a great time anyway! We had a couple of issues and Sun Palace was very responsive and took care of everything right away.

Great location - Property needs TLC

First off, GREAT location, walking distance to many restaurants, convenient stores, shops, and the beautiful BEACH! The property is definitely in need of some TLC! If it wasn’t for Shawn C. from Sun Palace Vacations, we would have bailed. Just a few items that needed service during our (14 day) stay: ice maker, clothes dryer, outdoor lighting (addt’l work needs to be done), exhaust fan in master en-suite, sinks (faucets & draining), a leak in the kitchen ceiling, leak in upstairs hallway, kitchen cabinets/drawers can not open (poor design), beverage cooler, sofa sleeper (disgusting; with newly soiled bedding), carpet on stairs was so bad - they had it professionally cleaned right away along with the sofa sleeper. Shawn also had to run out and purchase 4 beach chairs because everything (beach chairs, wagon, cooler) at the house was broken. Come prepared with your own cookware (pots/pans) if you plan to do any cooking! Kitchen has plenty of plates, bowls, cups and silverware. This would be a terrific rental property if they just maintained the landscape and put some work into the inside of the home.

Family Fun in Florida

We loved Ft Myers Beach and the location of this house was exactly what we wanted!! The pool was great! We enjoyed spending time by the pool. The house had a lot of space but we had a list of issues. Number one was cleanliness. It was pretty dirty. The kitchen in particular. The sink and counters were okay but the cabinet fronts were disgusting and grimy. Same with the appliances. The house had hard wood floors that had not had a good cleaning in a while. The stairs had carpet but the carpet was filthy and had big stains. One bedroom had someone else's laundry in a hamper in the closet. The bathrooms were clean enough but we got the impression that it may have been the only thing cleaned before our arrival. One of the 4 bedrooms was way too small. Would not have been a problem for one person maybe but not okay for an adult couple. Perhaps we just didn't catch that in the photos. It consisted of a queen bed in a room with no space for a dresser or even room to put a suitcase on the floor. The couple who got stuck with that room had to put their suitcase out in the living room. The small closet in that room was stuffed with a vacuum and a child gate and some other "junk". I removed it all myself before my siblings arrived. There were beach things provided but they were left in a heap under the stairs and consisted of two or three decent chairs and a pile of broken ones. The layout of the house was nice for a big group but there was only one door to get out which made us a little uncomfortable. It appeared to have a rear exit that went to the garage but it was locked and not accessible. The management company was responsive and had a nice website and that part was a good customer experience. The neighborhood was perfect. We will likely not stay in this house again because of the cleanliness issue.
