The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. And, of course, the location cannot be beat! That being said we had a few issues with our stay. First we quickly discovered that although the property is advertised as have a hot tub/spa it is not able to be heated April through October. This detail could have been made more clear in the listing. Second, the dishwasher broke on our third day. We contacted Sun Palace management to get the issue fixed. They said someone would be out, but by the end of the day when no one arrived we contacted them again. No one came out that evening or the next day. After contacting them for a third time, they said someone had come and it wasn't leaking, both of which were untrue considering we had been at the house all day and upon trying the dishwasher again still found it leaking. They said someone would be out, but again no one can before our stay ended.While a broken dishwasher isn't the worst thing to happen, being ignored by Sun Palace definitely left us questioning staying with them. Furthermore, hand washing nine peoples dishes was not ideal for vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but would pause before staying at a Sun Palace property again.

We’re glad you enjoyed the home, its cleanliness, and the location, but we apologize for the issues with the dishwasher, I do see that Maint was there on the 23rd and then again 25th and replaced a broken union cap on the sprayer. We’ll review both our listing details and maintenance communication so these concerns are addressed. Regarding the spa, you are able to heat the spa and pool , we do list in the directions Guest Portal, however, you can only heat one at a time, and directions are also posted in the pool area with our phone number in case you need assistance. Great home near the beach

We had a great time. The house is very spacious, clean and had everything you could need. Convenient location next to park, beach, ocean, Publix, and the trolley stop.

The house was great. Perfect location and stocked with everything we needed inside and out. We were very disappointed with the pool and hot tub as they were not working correctly. It was 56 degrees when we arrived. Thankfully someone was able to come out same day and realized there was an issue, but we could not use the pool or hot tub until the last day as it had to heat back up. We booked this particular house for the pool and hot tub and were very much looking forward to using them. The house itself was very nice.

Annual girls trip

There were 6 of us. The location is great. The house is beautiful and we loved hanging out in the pool. So nice being close to Publix and the trolley. Highly recommend!

Pros: Location location location!! Cannot get better with public beach access right across the street and Publix within walking distance. The outside area/pool is amazing. We spent a good majority of the time there. What a great outdoor area. Cons: Upon arriving, we still didn’t have a code to the door but were able to get ahold of the company to obtain our it. The microwave didn’t work.. which we let management know the first day via email; but it was never responded to or fixed. Most of our meals were at restaurants so it didn’t really affect us too much. The pool turned green and swampy after a few days, but after we called, it was serviced the very next day. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we’d stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for an amazing vacation.

Incredible House with awesome location!!

House was loaded with everything you need from cooking supplies to beach chairs. Beautiful views of the green gulf waters with an uncrowded beach right out front. Loved everything about this house!!

Loved it!

The home was beautiful and convenient to all. It was a perfect spot for our annual family vacation! It has everything we could meed. The only request for next time would be softer bath towels!

FMB BEAUTIFUL!

We loved the home, well equipped with everything we needed, including the beach chairs, coolers and the carts! It was super easy to go to the beach! The home was very comfortable, well equipped kitchen! We had a wonderful time!

Paradise

Location was great middle of the island and very close to Publix. Beach access was very convenient and a short walk across the street. The house is nicely decorated and has abundance of kitchen accessories. Fort Myers beach is not the same previous to Ian, but remains paradise. I would definitely stay again.

5 siblings and 84 year old mother had very nice time. Mom wasn’t able to walk on the beach, but enjoyed looking at beach from deck.

Great Location

This house is absolutely amazing through and through. It's nearly brand new with upgraded finishes inside, very comfortable, clean, and has everything you can imagine needing, sans food. You can't beat the short walk to the beach, and they provide beach chairs, beach cart, towels, umbrella, and sand toys. We had a blast and can't wait to visit again. Also recommend Good Time Charters right behind in the marina, alongside Bayside Bistro - great food and nice view of the marina.

Loved this property! It was cozy, relaxing and so close to the beach. Super convenient store literally less than walking distance from us. It was close to shopping and browsing areas and loved every min! Thank you for such a remarkable home! Florida has become our second home! Would definitely recommend staying here! Beautiful Beach Stay for a Girls Getaway

This was a wonderful rental perfect for a girlfriends' getaway! We wanted something close to the beach, and this was about a 1-minute walk where you only had to cross the street to get to the beach. For the evenings, it was only about a 5-10 minute uber ride away to bars and restaurants. Very clean and set up nicely to accommodate multiple guests. The decks had a gorgeous water view and were great for morning coffee. We hope to come back and stay again soon.

Thank you for bringing your concerns about the size of the beds to our attention. The owners prioritize customer satisfaction so they flew down to confirm everything is as advertised. The beds are true queens, as queen-size beds are 60 by 80. All the headboards, box springs, sheets, and mattress pads are queen in size. The main floor bed is set to be replaced and will remain queen in size. We hope you had a wonderful vacation and look forward to hosting you in the future!
