Welcome to Sea Breeze Palmetto Pool Home. This tropical pool home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms with your own private heated pool that is waiting to make your vacation a special experience. Just a short two-minute walk to the beach, you'll love the convenience of this mid island home situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Sleeps 10 (additional charges may apply)

Walking up the steps to the front door you'll notice the great screened in front porch. This is sure to be one of your favorite spots in the house as you can enjoy bug free days and nights while watching the daily happenings of the neighborhood go by.

Stepping into the house you will be greeted by an open and inviting living room and dining area. The modern and chic dining room complete with a shell chandelier is to your right with the beautiful, calming living room to your left. Decorated in welcoming denim and sunny tones, it is reminiscent of the waters of the Gulf with the sandy beach and sunshine which give you a tropical beach feeling. Going through the French doors the Gulf breezes will flow through the screened in porch and throughout the house. A love seat and chairs plus dining table with 4 chairs are ready for you to enjoy watching the sunsets from the porch. The fully equipped kitchen is located just off the dining area and has everything you may need during your stay.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, in-room TV and full ensuite bathroom with renovated shower. The first of two guest bedrooms both has a queen size bed and in-room 50" TV. The second guest bedroom has two extra long twin beds and smart 50" TV. Each is well appointed with plenty of closet and dresser space. There's a full bathroom in the hallway for everyone's use.

Of course, wireless internet, streaming TV, a gas grill and washer and dryer are also included with your stay. Please note for our guests with allergies this home is a smoke free home. Baby monitors and pack and play also on the property.

For our guests travelling with their dogs, this home is pet friendly. The property is fully fenced. A maximum of two dogs are allowed. There is a pet fee of $150 per dog, two dog maximum and only with prior approval from owner. Some breeds are not permitted. Owner reserves the right to prior approval. Payment must be made at reservation. (VRBO only collects for one, I will send an additional request for the second pet)

Outdoor cameras are installed for the safety of our guests and to make sure any additional people and pets are paid for in advance. Cameras are in front of the house only and not in pool area. Failure to do so will mean you will receive an immediate request for additional guests or pet fee. Failure to pay will result in being asked to leave.

Heading outside you will enjoy the relaxing back yard. A sophisticated and private outdoor space with loungers will have you begging for more tanning time in the backyard! Cool off in your private in-ground heated salt pool. Use the outdoor shower for a lovely refreshing experience and to rinse off the sand between your toes. Enjoy grilling with your loved ones as you sit down at the outdoor dining table and chairs complete with umbrellas throughout to protect you from the sun’s rays. At night, enjoy the lights under the stars and under the bistro lights.

Located just a two-minute walk to the beach (beach access 16 on Dakota Ave) you will find seven miles of our white sugar sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. We provide a beach cart, beach chairs, a beach stroller, and a cooler on wheels. Beach towels are also provided.The warm waters of the Gulf will cool you off on those hot days. Enjoy the dolphins that pass by or fish from the Gulf to catch that fresh fish dinner for the evening. Grocery shopping couldn't be easier with Publix being within walking distance of the home. The award-winning Fresh Catch Grill and Junkanoo's are located behind Publix for your five-star dining experience or to rent a boat or sightseeing charter from.

Trolley stops going both north and south can be found at the corner of Estero Blvd. and Dakota Street, which is less than a one-two minute walk from the house. Jump on the trolley and head to Times Square and shopping, dining and nightlife, or journey southbound to, Santini Shopping Plaza, Lovers Key State Park or into Bonita Springs for $.75 a ride or purchase an all-day pass for just $2. There is an open air Tram, provided free during peak season (Nov-April) Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars. Charter boats, jet skis and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Enjoy the Key West Express, a 170-foot Catamaran, for a day adventure to Key West. Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars; or shop at the Farmer's markets, enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping.

Looking for something to do after the beach? Enjoy a myriad of great restaurants & ice cream parlors like Love Boat, etc. Further out in the surrounding areas of Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs, and Naples you can enjoy numerous golf courses, museums (Thomas Edison and Ford museum, the Shell Factory, the IMAG History and Science Center (a hands-on museum, ( Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.
