Unit 48 Seafront Estate
Welcome to Unit 48 Seafront Estate, within a stunning complex located right in the heart of Jurien Bay. This airconditioned Villa overlooks the pool. A short walk across the road is Jurien Bay's stunning beaches, great fishing spots, skate park, basketball hoop and more. You will be overlooking the pool, with a wadding pool for toddlers and right near the communal BBQs that are perfect for entertaining and cooking your daily catch. Plus, the kids can play safely on the large grassed areas or ride and scoot within the complex.
Unit 48 is furnished and sleeps 8 guests (2 x Queens & 2 x Bunks) bunk beds not suitable for Adults, with air conditioning to the living area and master bedroom. It is one of the few units in the complex with complementary Wi-Fi and modern appliances for your convenience.
There are 2 TVs with in-built chromecasting to connect to watch your favorite movies & shows, with one of these creating a Kids zone for their entertainment.
Indoor and outdoor games are also available to use and keep you occupied.
All this makes Unit 48 the perfect place in Jurien Bay for adults and families to relax and enjoy a holiday.
Please Note: Bedding and Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.
Only enough consumables for one night.
This property does have WiFi.
Anyone who is found climbing the pool fence & utilising the pool area after the closing time of 7pm & the opening time of 8am, will be required to vacate Seafront Estate property immediately & will be banned from any future accommodation stays at the complex.
The common areas of the Complex are camera monitored, which includes the Swimming Pool, for security purposes.
Any breaking of the rules of the complex, may require you to vacate the seafront estate immediately.
What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.
Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.
The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars. This unit has parking for a large boat.
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
- Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties
