Our place offers high quality accommodation while capturing the quintessential beachside lifestyle of Dicky and Moffat Beaches. Your luxury accommodation is situated in a stunning location; within a 2 minute walk to local beaches, local shops, restaurants and cafes. The home is also conveniently located; being central to all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer including the hinterland and Noosa.

Our Space: Our home is homely and set up for leisurely days so you can relax and enjoy the sound of the waves and cooling ocean breezes. It will accommodate up to *9 guests (two families, or perfect for the extended family gathering). There are two ensuite rooms with deluxe king beds, two double bed bedrooms with a shared Juliet bathroom. The home also offers seclusion, privacy, ducted air-conditioning, a large deck and pool area, cinema style media room; with smart tv and Apple TV, unlimited Wifi, double fridge with ice and water function and off street parking for two vehicles. All basic linen is also provided, including; fitted sheet and coverlet, one towel per person, floor mats, hand towels and tea towels. As we reside in our home year round, you will find the home to be more then comfortable and homely with all the modern creature comforts you have left behind. The best part is you will feel like you are in a 5 star resort but without the bustling crowds.

We would love to see returned guests so will ensure our home is exactly what is promised, even more!

Bond of $500 is required upon booking and refunded within 7 days of checkout.
No shoes allowed in the home
No food or drink to be consumed in bedrooms, media room or on mats (spills/stains will incur a cleaning fee from bond)
Close windows, lock doors and turn off air conditioning when not in the home (damage caused by weather may be deducted from bond)
Always monitor children in the pool, and home.
Leave the house as you find it; vac/sweep floors, put all dirty linen tidy in laundry, put rubbish out and ensure all dishes washed and put away (extra cleaning fees will be deducted from bond)
Garage and WIR are not accessible for guests 100% of the time for all bookings

We had a fabulous stay at Bonnie's beautiful property at Dicky Beach. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos and in a perfect location - just a short walk from Moffatt and Dicky beach plus close to several stores and restaurants.

Lovely House

Beautiful house with immaculate presentation and cleanliness. Bonnie was a great host. Ducted aircon was superb. Media room to break out the kids was also good. Relatively flat 300m walk to the beach. Local Moffat Brewery and fish and chip shop was awesome. Highly recommended for a big or extended family.

A Week in Dicky Beach

The house is very spacious and well set out. It is refurbished to a high level. The location is excellent, very close to Dicky Beach and Moffat Beach. We had a very enjoyable stay!

I am a primary school teacher and have an active and happy little family both in our personal lives and in our local community. We love living by the beach; as we love the outdoors and the lifestyle our location offers. We also love to travel nationally and internationally when we can, which is when we allow other families to enjoy our home. We are very house proud and reside in this home year round. We are looking for like minded families who will care for our home as we do and to enjoy our home when we are not. Our property is strictly a non-smoking, non pet residence (due to my eldest son's allergies) and as it is in a family residential community we do not welcome large groups or parties/corporate retreats at our home. We are a happy, passionate and friendly little family who at the best of times love a good chat. We will ensure that our home is exactly what is promised to you and more for your stay as we would love to see our guests return!
