Central Coast Getaway

Beautiful in town, country getaway with Mountain View’s and serene setting. Private quiet neighborhood for the perfect vacation! This home is situated 15 minutes from the beach, next door to 200+ wineries and 10 minutes from the beautiful town of San Luis Obispo. There is something for everyone; beach, hiking, shopping & wine tasting. Our home is ultra clean, matresses are memory foam and attention to detail is our goal! The house has two full kitchens, two full living rooms and all on over an acre of space. Plenty of decks with two fire pits, one gas and one natural wood will make your evenings enjoyable.

We are a couple who loves to be on the go. We sail, hike, love to see our children/grandchildren and try to treat every day as if it is a holiday. We manage our own short term vacation rentals and take pride in cleanliness, home design and attention to details.

Why they chose this property

This property is like a birdhouse, the ground level design when you pull up leads into a space that is split level and the ground floor turns out to be an upstairs feeling where the living room and kitchen are next to upper level branches of a beautiful oak tree on one side and a large pine on the other side. Straight in from on your on a Hawaiian style overhanging desk you have a beautiful view of deer and a mountain range.

What makes this property unique

Two kitchen, two living rooms and two large outdoor deck/patios makes this a perfect space for a couple of families to have their own privacy and space.
